If you are applying for nursing licensure by endorsement, please buy those!!!!
So if you are looking to get into travel nursing or if you are relocating and need to get a nursing license from a different state, then any state board of nursing will require your fingerprints. And those are right ones to purchase, of course you also need to acquire the ink to do the finger prints. So overall my feedbacks are: 1) easy to purchase, and it comes with 3 copies 2) great price 3) amazon fast delivery, saves you are a lot time, as applying for a new nursing license can be a lot of work

These forms are legitimate and were accepted by all of my medical licensing boards that I applied to. Highly recommend!

Good price, gets the job done
My job required me to get fingerprinted before being hired, these cards worked out great! I took them to a fingerprinting service and they were actually able to scan my prints digitally, then print them out onto the card. They came in a plastic sleeve within an envelope, they could have been bent during transit but luckily mine were perfectly fine with no wrinkles.
