The main complaints I've seen in the reviews seem to be that the cubes are hard to remove from the mold and that the lid is hard to attach. Neither is an issue in my opinion. Just make sure to detach each cube from the sides of its compartment before pressing up from the bottom, and attach the lid one edge at a time. My issue with this product is that the smell (a synthetic almond-like odor) never went away, and I can taste it in a glass of water once the ice has mostly melted, which was not the case with a previous silicone ice mold I owned. As another reviewer mentioned, folding back the sides of this mold causes a whitish crease to become visible, which may be a sign of something other than silicone in the mix.

The top was a little difficult to seal all the way around you have to work at it but overall good I used them to freeze homemade chicken chicken stock. I put the cubes in a freezer bag and can take out 1 or 2 for recipes.

I needed a new silicone ice tray that has a tray lid . The plastic ice trays of yester year are not my style. I pour purified water into the tray every time I refill the tray. I noticed the ice cubes are a hassle to remove from its space. You have to push the bottom of the tray inward then bend it outward. The ice cubes are large enough to chill my alcoholic beverages I consume at night. It is wonderful to have nice cool beverages whenever I did not place the soda cans in the refrigerator. I have one complaint about the ice tray lids, they don't close all of the way.

Ok, I really really wanted to LOVE these! And mostly, I really like them. It will be easier to remove the ice blocks if you only fill the trays just about 3/4 full. Because the tray of blocks is just that, a tray with silicone dividers, they cannot be individually pushed out. Yes, setting them on the counter for about 2 minutes really did make it much easier to remove. Honestly, I LOVE the big cube for my soda, so it is worth it for me. But for soup broth and baby food? Maybe find something that costs a little more and is actually SEPARATE cubes that are not attached to each other. Oh, and the lid is great, so long as you are patient and your tray is frozen and full.

I make a lot of broth to freeze but I was never really happy with results. These are great. I love the fact that they have lids, they keep he ice crystals at bay. I've bought all shapes & sizes of these, they are superior to anything else I've used,

Myself and my guests all LOVE the large ice cubes!The silicon makes it very easy to push the cubes out once frozen (your fingers will get really cold though!And these have the best lids of any models I've seen - as they will attach securely on, helping to prevent any type of spill or anything while in your freezer!Highly recommened!

Ordered a few new silicone ice trays to try out to replace plastic ones. We liked these so much, we ordered 2 more sets. You only need 2 or 3 cubes for a yeti and they take forever to melt. Very easy to get out of the tray. I just press the bottom. I don’t have to use warm water or let them sit out like other reviewers have mentioned.

Nice large ice cubes, but the lids don’t fit. They are very loose, just sitting on top. I was going to use the trays for single frozen portions of gravy and frozen herbs out of my garden- useless!
