Herb Speedy Color Cream (Dark Brown)

I wanted to try a semi-permanent (thank goodness) hair dye at home to decrease chemical exposure and save time.Good: no red eyes, no itchy scalp though still a little burningBad: didn’t cover my grey well at all (I just did instructions of 10 min cream #1 then 10 min cream #2). I found this incredibly drying for my hair - curly and finer than your average.Unfortunate: my hair (both previously dyed and not) turned black (just not my bright sparkley greys) with purple undertones. I finished up let my hair dry and basically was all “hello, Elvis, you sly dog”Here’s hoping the 3 week time frame for fade out is accurate.Also for curly girls the instructions say with prolonged use you could loose or loosen your curls. Not so sure that wouldn’t happen with any hair dye but this one mentioned it specifically.This was an experiment gone awry.

BETTER THAN HENNAAlthough this product lasts for about 4-5 weeks, there's no discoloration at all. Most Henna & other hair color products tend to linger in creating another shade. I'm allergic to most hair color products available on shelves. This is the ONLY product I can use without scalp irritation & discoloration. I am not a frequent user of this product.

I dye my roots black now bc some grey....but usually i get a severe rash on my head when i colo my roots. This product didn’t hurt my head at all, and the color is very natural. Thank goodness!! I can color my hair again without an allergic reactoon. Love this product!!

This product works extremely well for me! I found through trial and error that I'm allergic to every single hair dye product I've tried. I even tried using henna products but, even though I didn't have an allergic reaction, it tended to make the gray hairs in my beard a dark purple - and after only a week or two. Also, I had to apply and leave henna on my hair for literally hours to get it to cover the gray. I gave Speedy a try and voila! It covers the grays, made my beard smooth - all with no itchy skin irritation. It has simple instructions; you use part one for the recommended time and then apply part two. I read a negative review where it says the mixture was like tar and washed off - you aren't supposed to mix the two parts together in the tray!! SMH, just FOLLOW the very SIMPLE directions and it works!

This has got to be the mildest and THE BEST hair color in the market! No chemical smell whatsoever and yet, coverage is way better than those with harsh chemicals. This DIDN'T make my scalp go wild with flakes so I'm a forever customer. Great job by the creator of this hair color!It takes a bit of work to wash off the color from my hands and around nails so next time I'll make sure I'll continue to wear gloves when rinsing and shampooing off. The color remained intact even after using shampoo immediately after coloring! Amazing!

I used this hair color a long time. Every 2weeks, but my hair was so dry. So I used hair treatment and hair oil. Sometimes I use regular hair color. But After I used this hair color today, my hair like a burned, I couldn't pass the comb, and I cut a lot of hair.My hair is no more silky no more straight. No irritation and covered gray hair. But I should leave this hair color.

It felt and looked like tar once mixed, but it washed out completely and did not color at all. Needless to say, it did not cover the gray or white hairs at all. Waste of $13 and no return no complaint after 6 months... Must have been old or expired. There are some tricky sellers on Amazon...

I’m allergic to traditional hairdye so was looking for a more natural alternative. This did the job and didn’t cause any allergic reactions, but made my hair smell absolutely horrible for weeks. Probably wouldn’t use this again. But if you can get past the smell it worked well.

After having tried numerous hair dyes that claim there will be no reaction, I am very pleased to say that from my own experience of using this product, it actually is true. This is the first product I have ever used where I had absolutely no burning sensations whatsoever. Prior to my purchase, I read many of the reviews which say there were no English instructions, this was not the case from my experience. I have also uploaded pictures as proof. The instructions were easy to follow and the process is simple. Put the contents from the first bottle on your hair for 10 minutes, then you put the contents of the second bottle on your hair for 10 minutes too, however, I chose to leave the dye on my hair for 45 minutes after putting on the second bottle. The change of colour was quick and again, there were no burning sensations. I took many more pictures to upload, but unfortunately some of the pictures did not format correctly otherwise there would be pictures of the full contents that were received in the box. This is definitely the product for me from here on and I highly recommend giving it a try if you are looking for something that woks but also does not set your head on fire and resulting in having a scabby scalp for a week or two.

Awful product!No english instructions. Had to use google translate. Luckily just tried a little and it burnt my scalp. Had spots and burning for 3 days!!DO NOT BUY!!! AMAZON SHOULD NOT BE SELLING THIS AWFUL PRODUCT

I had a big reaction ..... do not use this product if you have an allergy to PPD

I had a really bad allergic reaction to PPD around 15 years ago and have since struggled to find a product that doesn’t cause me irritation / reaction... until now! Couldn’t be happier! I was previously using a “PPD free” henna hair dye (on very rare occasions) which would still cause me to feel ill for the first few days after applying it & suffer with swollen lymph nodes, itchiness etc. I am beyond happy that I can safely colour my hair now :)Unsure as to how long the colour will last - but will update in a few weeks.

Product pretty much washed in, then disappeared in the rinse. Didn't alter her hair colour in the slightest
