Slow cooker cooks well
Used it a couple of times without any issues. I am glad to have a replacement for the one that got broken

Junk - Won't offer Warranty
My husband purchased this as a gift. I went to use the crock pot and it was packed so tight in the box, it shattered almost injuring me and my daughter standing nearby. The glass is so heavy as well. The product is now no good and I can't get a replacement because they didn't honor their warranty. They give you a number overseas that is worthless. And, if you read the booklet with the limited one-year warranty there is a lot of warnings, including stating the warranty gives you "legal rights". However, it is a worthless warranty. Bottom line: This is a very heavy product and it was packed unnecessarily tight, so it shattered. Dangerous.
