I was worried when I first bought this. I didn't know if it would fit or if it would be too short. I'm 5'7 and weigh a little over 200 pounds and this fits amazingly. The dress actually comes to my knees and the quality is way better than expected. It fits and zips up all of the way. It would probably look a little better if my chest was smaller. Oh well! Definitely worth the purchase!

I ordered this last week and was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which it was delivered (it arrived today).I ordered according to the size guide and, by chest size, I ordered an XL and it fit me perfectly. The material does feel a little cheap and thin, but that's okay since this is essentially a costume and not an everyday garment. The dress is pretty and I'm surprised that it wasn't super short as I expected to be, which is a good thing. I didn't find any loose threads on the dress but found several on the apron. The zipper is an invisible kind but it feels pretty secure. And the sleeves have a lovely poof.The cons are general nitpicky things, particularly one that I have no control over. Because my waist is lower than most, the dress waist actually hits at the bottom of my ribs, but I'm used to it at this point. The snaps on the cuffs are weak and I wish they included another way to attach the bow to the dress instead of just a safety pin. For the headband, the ears are a bit floppy and the headband feels like it'll break easily. However, the ears can be slid off and put onto something sturdier (which is probably what I'll do) so I'm not too mad.I'm happy with the purchase.

I typically don't write reviews but hopefully this helps a bit.My Physique:Im around 5'2"/5'3" and 128 lbs, my waist ~29/30, under bust ~29 and widest part of my chest ~34.After seeing some reviews on it being small, I decided to size up but since I was inbetween I went with 30 (Large size) and went up a size (to XL). (30 for waist measurement since bust wasn't my issue and since it was a zipper, not corset back which isn't adjustable unless I chose to sew it.) I expected it to be a bit bigger which would've been saved by the apron which was adjustable so I could tie the back and hide my problems, haha. Usually I wear small or medium sized clothes so it was odd to get Large in American sized clothes.The Sizing:When I received it, I expected it to be a bit big but it came out much bigger than I expected. The ruffled area stopped above my belly button area and the arm holes were too big by a couple inches. Not only that but the waist area had around 12 extra inches. When I measured the sewed line along the waist it came out to be 40 inches which is not what the size chart said. I only put somewhat large since it did NOT match up with the size chart. The dress was also ended on my knees and the wrist cuffs were too big as well. The apron itself was fine since it's adjustable but also big. I did not test out the headband. I will be ordering a smaller size once I return the original.The Dress:The dress itself was nice, not thick but a thin/normal which was good since I'd have to wear it for a long time and march in it (#marchingbandproblems) so I wouldn't feel restricted. As far as the fabric, it doesn't feel like cotton but rather nylon, polyester, and/or rayon (I think more rayon) which are fabrics good for moving a lot since it's easier to cool you down (ie: usually used for sport clothes due to more open air essentially). Cotton is used for keeping people warm. The back of the dress has a zip up portion and the collar has a velcro attachment which is nice especially for ensuring the back stays. The cuffs are clips so you have to clip and unclip it gently because if you keep manhandling it it will eventually ruin the cuffs. The headband from what I can see is black (band) but the top is white and pink. The white ruffles and pink ears are basically sewen onto a sleeve which the headband is slid into so if the headband isn't sturdy enough (which I think will be the case) then you can replace it with a different headband you might have lying around. For the apron I believe you will have extra room which will drag unless you lie into a bow which I recommend. Also, of course the dress doesn't flare out like shown, if you want the flaring out effect rather than just draping down then you can make a petticoat or buy one but making one seems cheaper especially with tulle.Anyhow, I hope this review helps you! I feel like as if maybe 2 more inches bigger it would of fit me but that's only because I'm big chested so what can I do also its obvious looks like a costume but if you add to it I think it's a perfect peice to work with also because I have a bigger chest the apron didnt fit me so I just folded the arm straps and tired it around me either was I was able to take pictures so 🤷‍♀️ so if you are big chested your going to have problems and if you weight 230 like me most likely will fit you I just got to lose 10 pounds probably will fit better

The dress fit wonderfully onto her and so things were looking good. The bow tie is done with a single safety pin so it made her very nervous about poking herself in the neck, as well as unless it gets on just right, it'll be flopping around as well. The headband is made of a nice fabric, but the kitty ears just flopped around. I imagine if I ironed it, or starched it, it would've been cute to having them sticking up. The sleevelets were simple and nice. What went wrong though was that they sowed the apron incorrectly, rendering that part of the attire unwearable. All in all, great costume, but we're returning it and knocking the rating for the poor craftsmanship.

This dress is so freaking cute and it fits like a dream! The only complaint is that the material makes it really hard to wear, and you will find yourself sweating a lot while wearing it.

The sizing was accurate and the material is what you expect for the price. It looks very elegant when you add a petticoat under the skirt. It will need some ironing for it to look its best!

Put it on, fits pretty snugly. The sizing seemed pretty accurate in that regard. However, upon closer inspection, it seems what I received is much different from what was pictured. The chestpiece on the dress is much less frilly, the apron does not wrap around the shoulders at all. For being a 'cat ear' costume, the headband didn't even have those. It didn't come with a bow tie or sleevelets either. Standalone the quality is there for what I paid but unfortunately I can't give a positive review if I didn't even get what I was expecting.
