Good to use occasionally
I use these in pulao, nutri peas veg etc.Taste good and juicy if put in boiled salted water for around 5 mts or more and then washed in tap water, squeezed, added to recipe and pressure cooked.Supposed to be good in protein as it’s made from soybeans but after all it is a preserved product so not as good as fresh soyabean for health, so I don’t end up using it very often. But good for a change.

Not for protein.
You can eat this if like the taste but for muscles building? Then no don't waste your money on this.

Needs a better packing
Have been using it for many years by now and like the taste. But every time we find the inner packet glued to the outer carton which forces one to tear off the outer carton to take out the inner packet.Wish the company gives a thought to it.
