Great mic for the price, compare very decently to the more expensive c414 (that I love).

keepin' pace with the bass
Works great. I use it for amplifying a double bass. It IS fragile, hence only four stars.

Good Room Mic, Not For Vocal Applications
This microphone is sensitive and will capture the entire room with great detail. This is great for recording drums or capturing the live feel of instruments. If you try and use it for vocals without a treated room, you will wrestle trying to focus on the subject. Again, it's a good mic, but it has limitations.
