Can a strap be amazing? Well, in this case, YES. Purchased strap for physical therapy for an ACL knee injury. Why is this strap so good? 1. Extremely well designed and constructed; 2. Strap material is high quality an is not too stiff or flimsy (like typical stretching straps); 3. There are loops stitched all the way from one end to the other. This is fantastic because you can grab it by a loop anywhere along the strap or put your foot or such in a loop; 4. The loops at the ends have padding on the inside that provides extra comfort and helps maintain a loop shape. The straps that are used by my PT place are like web belts that are flimsy, lightweight, and are not very long. I can't say enough good things about this strap. I am extremely hard to please but this product could not be any better. Truly. I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep in a bag so I don't forget it for PT. When I took the strap to PT the other week, the lime green color caught the eye of several physical therapists. One by one they came over to my table to check it out. Upon further inspection, several of them said, "why are we not using these? We have to order some." One therapist went on to call it the McLaren of PT straps. They are right. This is a high-quality item offered at a fair price. It is an absolute essential tool during my recovery. Don't cheap out and buy any other strap. I guarantee you will be extremely pleased with your purchase. It is worth every dollar and more.

First of all I am as old as dirt and feeling it. This item has made a huge impact in 15 minutes...wow! When was the last time you looked forward to waking up and stretching? It can be a bit over whelming to try and do all the stretches all at once. Just do few till you get up to speed. The differance the next day is night an day. This is my second week with this...loose as a goose...should's still need some work.The price is very good for what you get.

I love this strap! I have a standard yoga strap which is adequate. I have a thicker gait belt from a hospitalization for a knee replacement that I like better than a standard yoga strap for stretching my legs. The gait belt is longer and has a clip that allows me to make a loop of my preferred size on one end of the strap, but I must still wrap the belt around my hand.This yoga strap has loops along its entire length which is perfect. It is longer than some cheaper yoga straps, but the length and numerous points loops make it worth every penny. I have already added this to my "favorite things" gift list for friends and family.Anyone who is going to have a knee or hip replacement should consider buying this strap in advance to help them with flexibility before the surgery and afterward during physical therapy.

The width of the strap on these is really the best feature, combined with the neoprene lining. I have used other stretching straps, but this one really is the most comfortable one out there. I am very inflexible so have to pull fairly hard on my limbs to get them to stretch, so comfort is very important. It obviously makes them a little heavier and bulkier than other straps, but that's absolutely a worthwhile trade off.

The 'Gravity Fitness LLC is SUPERBLY MADE!! I bought it so I can Use it to strengthen My right knee after I sprained My knee. My Physical Therapist wants Me to do different knee strengthening exercises at home with strong belt or strap. I saw this on line, so I ordered it as I didn't have a belt, and I didn't have a strong strap. I was amazed when I first saw the strap. It's a whole lot better than any other strap I've ever seen, including the straps @ My Physical Therapy Office. I showed it to My therapist, and He was Quite Impressed, so much so that I ordered a second one to give to My Therapist.

my PT suggested this for my extremely tight hip flexors. I thought it was a little long at first, but the length ads to the flexibility of different techniques, and of course if you are over 6 feet tall (which i'm only 5'6"). love the segregated loops..have always used a regular belt or towel for stretching and the specialty of this makes it a great product. made from seatbelt-llike material. I would buy again.

This strap is too slippery and too wide. I had to order a different strap. I tried to return it and it says it's non-returnable? It's not even been 30 days. Very dissatisfied . I thought you could return everything to Amazon?
