My prescription glasses are 48-16-130. These are 47-19-131. They're working great for me, but I try not to look in the mirror because man oh man, the yellow lenses are not flattering to the area around my eyes. I like the material they're made of and they're very comfortable, even being a bit tighter than my regular glasses.I can wear them on top of my regular glasses. They sort of sit in front of my regulars; if I use them to watch tv in the evening they look goofy but they work fine. And yes, they do help with the blue light, so that I don't feel wide awake when I'm supposed to be getting sleepy. Previous to getting these I had been using amber sunglasses which helped with the blue light, but they made everything - including my phone, tv etc - way too dark to really see clearly.So if you're an adult with a head that apparently stopped growing soon after puberty, I recommend.

We bought these glasses when we noticed that almost anytime my son was looking at a screen for more than 15 minutes his eyes were watering. These have helped eliminate the tears.

My son likes them but maybe a little too orange. I don’t know if they can make it less orange and still get the maximum protection. They don’t break easy, doesn’t seem to scratch easily either.

I make my son wear this after dinner for any screen time. It seems to help him get tired sooner and sleep better. I have a pair from Gunnar for my in 96% block and I think thay is even better. I think the dark amber is the the way to go.

My husband and I both use blue light filtering glasses when using the computer or watching TV at night. It's really helped us get sleepy earlier and reduce headaches. I was so happy to find these for kids. My son loves them and they've been holding up well. These do distort the color some since they are the darker shade, but it doesn't bother my son. They've really helped too, he falls asleep faster now as long as I make him wear these in the evenings. I can tell the difference on the nights when he doesn't wear them.

I like these glasses for my ten year old in the evening. Now if I can only get him to remember to wear them.

This item is perfect for our son. He has no problem wearing them and does so gladly. Very nice item and storage box/bag. I would buy these again if I needed another pair. I'm very happy with this item.
