They work for me, 5 in off my waist !!!
The product came quick though Amazon Prime and it really works I put them on at bedtime and took them off a couple of hours later. In the morning I took my measurements and to my surprise I had lost 5 inches on my waist !!! I did wear my plastic sweat pants under them because I didn't want to get my sauna pants sweaty

GREAT for PMS cramps relief
Love the concept of this product that it wraps around my tummy and PERFECT for PMS cramps! Gave 4 stars because of what it is advertised for getting rid of muffin top....well not sure it gets hot enough to make me sweat out any water weight or my muffin.

I didn't buy this for any reasonable reason, just for a joke. They make your bottom half very warm, its hilarious

Hate is a strong word [with update]
First of all, these pants are so ugly that my husband forbade me to buy them. I had to sneak the order in and only pull them out when he's not home. Secondly, the cord is so short that unless you use an extension cord you will need to lay next to the wall. If you lay on the floor you will get wire marks on your butt, so I hope you have a couch or bed very close to an outlet. Third, I've used them a few times and have yet to sweat. I think you would get the same results by laying down with one or two heating pads under a blanket. Save your money. [Edit in 2017: After pulling a psoas muscle in the hip area during martial arts class, I took the sauna pants out of storage and I have to admit that it worked wonders on the sore muscle. Heated up fast and provided relief. Also, using with extension cord allows me to lay comfortably on couch. So I wouldn't call them sauna pants as much as therapeutic hip relief shorts. Still god-awful ugly but thought it would be fair to provide that update so changed to 3-stars]]

Warming well made. Just wish the chord was longer keeps me stationary to a couch but that’s ok it works

Definitely heats up. Would be even better if it was battery operated. (Reason for only four stars). Definitely needs a longer cord so u can move around more, but I love it anyway.
