Wooohoo, these bands are super strong. The heaviest black band is super tight! I highly recommend these, no need to buy 5 in a pack that snap easily. I am sure these will last for a very long time due to the good quality. Don't waste your money anywhere else!

Great wee pack to have, regardless of your level of fitness. I carry it with me all the time in my sports bag - love the packaging as well (very compact and classy). I use the bands as part ofmy routine, either before my tennis games for warm up and stretching, but also incorporated into my gym workout. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to workout hard or just tone up - you will feel the difference from the very first day!!!

Good strong bands, don't go translucent when stretched like others I've had. looks like they will last.

I purchased 2 of these and thought I might give them a review. I loved mine so much that I bought a set for my cousin! She is 45 and had a heart attack and stroke and almost had her leg amputated as a result. They were able to save her and her leg, but her leg was weak and in bad shape. I had been working out with these bands and loving my results so I bought and gave her a set. She credits using them with gaining strength and mobility back in her leg. Sometimes it's the simplest things that can give the best results. These bands are amazingly inexpensive but high quality and easy to use. They are my only workout equipment I use besides a yoga mat. I'm 34 and I get told I look like I'm in my 20s and I give these simple yet amazing bands a lot of the credit for that!

These are just great! I mostly use the heavy band but have used the other bands as well, and it really makes a difference in my workouts. When I opened the package, I was pleased that it came so neatly and perfectly packaged. Another great thing about these bands are that they don't look like they are tearing after workouts, you know, the white marks that most resistance bands get after a couple of uses. This hasn't happened to me at all with these. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for great quality resistance loop bands. Well worth the money!!
