These where definitely the most expensive pans I’ve ever bought, but they are absolutely worth every penny. They cook beautifully. No sticking at all. I take very good care of them. We use wooden or soft plastic utensils only and hand wash them. If you want pans that will last and plan on taking care of them properly, these are definitely for you.

I've only used them a few times, so I can't speak to durability, but so far, exactly as advertised.They clean easily, are truly non-stick, and hard anodized is one of the safest nonstick coatings you can get (from what I've read).They are solid, medium to heavy, which I like. Handles never got hot for me, but I only cooked things for less than 10 mins, so far. Will update after cooking larger, more time consuming meals.Made pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, which all came out great.Next up is stir fry.They should last for years if you properly take care of them. Most people sadly don't know how to treat non-stick coatings, and crank the heat up too high, let the pans sit empty on heat, stack them without padding in between, use metal utensils, all no-no's with any non-stick coated pans.

I have used these same skillets in a chef’s home and loved their easy clean up, long lasting nonstick coating, and even heat distribution. I took a chance on buying a used set of 3 skillets, and could not find any damage or cosmetic injuries. The pans are heavy, which is expected, but having two handles makes them easy for me to manage. I hope to find more deals and expand my All-clad collection.

I love these pans, best I’ve ever had so far. Nothing sticks at all, not even eggs. They are ridiculously easy to clean. They heat quickly and evenly and they look good. And best of all no toxic Teflon to flake off.My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that there are no grooves or anything on the bottom so they slide around super easily on the stove top.I’m hopeful these will last a long time and be my favorite for many years to come.

Since this purchase was considered open box - and was such a great price for the All-Clad Essentials - I did not expect "new" pans - so I took a risk and one of the pans had scratches on the rim. The price was a lot less than purchasing new - but I wouldn't consider this an open box as it was not in the original box. That said, I'm OK with the purchase and will use these pans.

Nice heft, solid cooking surface, easy initial seasoning and the. Off to the races!

These pans are the best I have ever owned. They do not warp, cook evenly, and clean up easily. The handles do not get hot and the coating looks like new after many uses. I hand wash these, use plastic utensils and clean with a dish cloth or sponge. They have not scratched and the coating has not flaked. Perfect purchase!

These pans are great. Not too heavy . Just what I was looking for. Worth the price.
