Does what it says
They may be Bridget Jones like in style but they solve the problem of riding up. I'm a Zumba Instructor and sportswear these days is often very clinging thus producing the need for extinguishing the VPL. These do a great job and the sticky stuff stops them riding up whilst performing great sporting feats (well, as far as one can go in a 50 year old body) : )
