I had my home health nurse prompt me the first two times. Have had no problem on my own. Nice that I do not have to go the the doctor's office now!

100% disappointed with this product based on the fact that it was advertised as ("NEW"-out of box). The product was in fact ("USED"-out of box). My expectation was to purchase a new product at a good price. There were many products (INR BloodTesting Kits) advertised as used at good prices. I had the option to purchase a used machine, if wanted. The proof that the BLOOD Testing Machine was used is, beginning April 2015 there were X4 testings of blood saved in the machine memory. Due to the product misrepresentation as new, the machine was handled without first being cleaned with a disinfecting product, such as alcohol, etc. With the fear of HIV and other blood transferring diseases this product could have proven "deadly". There is no drama intended, just a simple truth.To add insult to injury, when I immediately contacted Amazon and the Seller (GRAF 1404)....the Seller's verbatim response was:"I never said this was a new item. I stated it was new but no box. That means the item was in new condition no scratches cracks and is fully functional. the machine is in working order and the item is as described. nothing is brand new if it is opem....its either brand new never open or new but still used because its a open box or no box at all I will not be issuing a refund".WOW......A Play on Words, No apology No empathy, No professionalism, Not even a partial refund!!!!Amazon is an excellent service that I have used both personally and for business. I realize that this service does the best it can to keep their Sellers honest with representing their products. I will however have to be responsible in reporting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), solely based on Seller performance. The 1 star provided was for receiving the product before the expected delivery date.
