This tool made installing the backer rod in the saw joints so easy and fast....

It was worth every nickel. I had a big job, about 500 feet of expansion joints. It saved time and the backing went to uniform depth. I'm not a contractor and recommend it for even smaller jobs. An excellent tool. I would also advise buying the backing off the internet. Home Depot and Lowes prices for backing are a little inflated.

I have a lot of tools...this is something I should have bought years ago, had I know it existed. Just buy it, you won’t be disappointed:)

Worked well and saved me time getting hundreds of feet of backer rod into my large driveway when I was filling my expansion joints. My only compliant is I don't think it should cost $40+. If you're laying down more than 200-300 feet of backer rod, I'd say it's worth it.

I worked as advertised, the price was favorable compared to other websites, and indeed, it made the job go faster.

I had to do about 400 feet of backer rod, this product made it so much easier. I did not have to break my back or knees.

Are you kidding me, I wondered how I was going to put 1/4" diameter backer rod in the sawed expansion joints in my new patio...Google and Amazon saved me a lot of time.
