Excellent tasting product. When miked with 6 oz. of black coffee it makes a mocca delight.A shot of milk in the end makes it creamy. P.S If used daily buying it buy the case {12 boxes} from Amazon comes out much cheaper. 3.00 a box i just paid opposed to 4.00 or more at Publix Market. 35.00 was my cost. Shelf life is at least 1 yr. or more

High quality without the bad ingredients. We mix ours with just water, and it still tastes great. I can mix a packet with almost double the liquid it says to use and I still get a strong chocolate flavor.

I like the product, but you need to know each packet is for 6 oz. if you want 12 oz cup, two packets.

Wonderful . No additives. Can't find dark choc in local stores. Big box lasts 6 months for me.

I like that dark chocolate very much! It has a good flavor and a smoot texture. When you by this item it's the real deal. Not enough products offer real sugar. If you are allergic to any sugar substitute this is a safe product to use! Thank you Swiss Miss for keeping at least 1 safe to use cocoa with no sugar substitutes!

The other Swiss Miss dark chocolate may taste a tad better. The same with the milk chocolate. And they all come in convenient pre-measured, easy to open and mix with hot water or milk(I prefer almond milk over dairy milk for the taste and my health).But I get my almond milk with my cereal. Plus, water is clearly the winner from a cost-standpoint. It's also much easier to prepare a hot cup of Swiss Miss with water. And while I am a health nut and get my drinking water through a filtering device, I don't get too worked up about health concerns by drinking a single cup of faucet water a day.Here's a quick and easy way to prepare a single cup of this superb hot chocolate: Fill a coffee cup of hot water from the faucet--as hot as it gets--then put it in the microwave for up to two minutes or less, depending on how hot you prefer. I like it real hot, so I can sip it slowly. Slowly pour in the contents from one pouch and stir briskly until all the powder is gone.Order the plain dark chocolate from Amazon. I never found it in any store locally. Just get the individual packs; I bought the boxed package pre-packed with individual boxes, each box containing multiple individual servings in easy-to-tear-and-open packets. I paid $20+ for just under 100 individual servings.

It's delicious! I hope the company keeps this flavor available year round rather than just for the fall holidays. My only issue is that the envelopes are connected and they don't tear apart as cleanly as they should.
