I had used this product several years ago. I think it is one of greatest office products I have ever used.I had lost the program CD during a move recently, I was pleased to find this once again. It is easy to use and you can customize the labels by using different colors and font sizes. The added advantage of bring able to see the files from the TOP side is that I have a low file cart that rolls around and I can see the NAMES on the FILES while sitting in my office chair. I also, purchased a REFILL PACKAGE of the LABELS for future use. This is a copy of what I posted for the refill label package.

I use these for labeling hanging file folders. They're easy to read and work with.

I've been using the Smead Viewables system for over 10 years now & I love it! Finally the problem of not being able to see the tabs on the hanging file folders has been solved! This product is the REFILL labels. When you begin using Smead Viewables, you need the starter pack (has the plastic tabs)...but for refills you need these labels along with the  SMD67600 - File Folder Label Protectors . As others have noted, the description of this product is WRONG!!! It says these labels are COLORED...BUT THEY ARE NOT!!! YOU print them in whatever color you want. The labels are WHITE. Excellent product!

I love Smead Viewables Color Labeling System however the last time I purchased the start up kit it didn't no come with the CD so I could load it on my computer. You had to use it on there sight. So I am disappointed about that because I was having issues with the last disk I had purchased. And it doesn't say anything about it no longer coming with the disk. I don't want to go to someone's website to make personal or business labels. That is ridiculous.

Absolutely Love love Love this straight Line Filing...it looks so sharp and organized!!! I'm changing everything I have to it!!!Love that smead made the viewables.com site to do the labeling and it's so easy. I would recommend this new way of filing to anyonewho is tired of the old messy look when you open your filing drawer.
