Unavoidably fishy, but easy to swallow
These leave a minor aftertaste, but if you like nori etc, it isn't a million miles away from that and really isn't too terrible. Seems to be working wonders for my endometriosis.

Help ease my aches and pains
I've been on a health kick, going to the gym 3-4 times a week, but also taking supplements (protein, creatine) for recover. However, two things I've been wanting to boost have been my energy and how quickly I can deal with general aches and pains - as I'm no spring chicken anymore. For any supplements, after first checking them out online, I want them to be as natural as possible - with no nasty additives.These 'bladderwrack' capsules stood out, as they are non-GMO and have no preservatives or fillers. Also, for 60 capsules, I thought they were good value for money at £13.99 - as this will last a month, taking 2 capsules per day. The capsules are fairly big but are easy to swallow with water. It took a few days to feel any difference, but I started to notice that my aches and pains were lasting for less time - after gym sessions, for example - and after a couple of weeks any aches and pains were less severe. I'm pretty happy with that.

Increase in energy levels
I’m almost done with this jar and noticed I’m one capsule short. I take these along side the seamoss capsules from the same supplier. I’ve noticed a slight increase in my energy levels and a fresher face appearance. Bladderwrack is known for its laxative properties but it hasn’t had that effect on me. I think I will need to continue taking these to get the full benefit as I’ve only been taking these for almost one month.

They do the job, I think, not been taking them long enough yet. There is a slight taste and they are not that easy to swallow. All that said, I would reorder.

Gave me stomach aches :(
Only reason that I am giving it 3 stars is due to the fact that my stomach started hurting a lot after taking these capsules. For some of my friends it helped their digestion.
