Received damaged
Box was broken and dented with one of the legs sticking through box when it was delivered. There was no protection or padding around the metal legs or tops which is probably why everybody has had problems with receiving it damaged. three corners were messed up out of the two desks received, one metal leg was crushed and had to be bent back open to put in the adjustable piece. I will have to glue and clamp the one corner. Luckily the ruined corners were in the back or else i would want new ones. It would be too much of a pain to return especially because i would have to repair the box first. I bought these for homeschooling my 7 year old so the adjustable legs are nice so they can last for years.

Returned Desk - Strike 2
Purchased 2 times. First purchased the damage was severe. Second purchase was relatively minor compared to the first but the items are not advertised as clearance or with defects.

Top chipped, frames bent, leg holes crushed
Garage sale price, garage sale quality. We are avid diy-ers and have repurposed/rehabbed many discarded items so they could have another life. The amount of chip-filling, staining, metal bending, etc. we had to do to these desks to make them usable made me promise myself to never by the cheap new item again. After a lot of work, Indo believe they will last, but I didn't want to have to spend this much time and energy on a new damaged item.

Beware of scratch and dent items. (Seems obvious, I know.)
I knew this particular set was not in perfect shape when ordered, but come on! ...the legs were are bent and dented and the second desk didnt even include the screws for attaching legs. Definitely not worth the trouble. Though not really worth the trouble of returning, either. :(

Damaged and broken.
One desk was fine and the other one was ridiculously damaged. It had to be obvious to anyone inspecting these items that one of the desks was horribly damaged. I’m disgusted that such damaged items would be allowed to be shipped.

These are elementry age desks.
We love these desks. We use them in our homeschool room for our boys. They are exactly what we needed.

Perfect!
My boys love these! They are 12 and 7 years old. This way they can do homework in their room, not getting distracted, and have a place to store homework. These are adjustable in height, sturdy and easy to put together. Just love them!
