Lack of water drainage, but decent protection.
Installed the 1” bumper on my Chevy Bolt. An important note is that the bumper slightly obstructs the front camera on the bolt. It’s worth the trade-off in my opinion and doesn’t significantly defeat the front camera, it’s just noticeable. The 2.3” bumper obstructs it significantly more, which is why I returned it for the 1” instead. The bolts it came with were the same thread and size as the bolts already on my plate, which is convenient. The one design flaw and reason for the -1 star is the gap in the bumper, which as others noted will trap water with nowhere to go, so I made sure to drill some drainage holes based on the advice of another reviewer. There really should have been pre-drilled drainage holes.

Great for Protecting Plates in a Car Wash
I tried several different frames to keep the license plate from getting mangled in the car wash, but none worked. This baby did the trick. Now I can drive through the wash and be confident everything will stay in place.

Easy Install
Installed on a 2025 Tacoma and went on with ease in under five minutes. I did drill some drainage holes on the bottom as a few suggested. The screws were missing but it was a none issue. I purchased quality 2 inch stainless screws to eliminate possible corrosion.

No bolts just screws
It’s constructed from a thick piece of rubber and the holes align with the factory plate. My issue are that it’s does not contain bolts just screws and I can’t use them on my vehicle. I’m forced to purchase bolts or return the item. I own a 2015 Lexus RX 350 for those that own the same vehicle.

Appears in front camera view of 2026 Camry XLE
Fits well on dealer installed license plate bracket on my 2026 Toyota Camry XLE, but it shows up in the view of the front mounted camera. This makes the under car view useless when driving forward. This works with slim silicone license plate frames. Provided screws protruted behind plate the same amount as the stock license plate screws without any frame
