I liked the idea behind this item so much I bought 3 for all the bathubs in the house.I had to return them.Unfortunately it is poorly made (way too flimsy plastic kept togheter with just pressure) and the O ring provided are hardly enough sizes to make this universal.Some people can be lucky and have the thing perfectly fit in their tub with the provided O rings, the others need to buy more O rings until they find the one to fit their tub.Regardless, if you find an O ring snug enough for the tub Not to slowly drain, it will come apart every time you remove it from the tub. If yours doesn't come apart then it's not fit enough to keep your tub from draining.So you have a choice:A) tub that slowly drain itself ORB) stopper that comes apart everytime you remove it.Also, it relies on a small spring to keep the stopper with the O ring snug to the tub and stop the water. When it comes apart this spring will go anywhere and you have to find it before you can put the stopper back togheter. If the spring ends up in your drain then you can trash the item, it will not work anymore.I would suggest anyone to avoid an headache and a waste of time and stay away from this item.

I sent it back for a refund because it didn't fit my bathroom sinks....I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to having them. You don't have the correct star for my particular situation..so I just picked the 2nd one.....I am so sorry!

The stopper we got looked just like the one that we had that turned bad (turned out a needed spring escaped). It worked just like the older one, but with the thickest rings it just barely fits into the drain. But it does stop and unstop the water like it should. All of the thinner rings were too small. The best part about this style is that you can repair the stopping and unstopping without calling the plumber.

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT AND IT DID NOT FIT.... NOTIFIED THE COMPANY.....THE COMPANY IN TURN SENT ME AN EMAIL.... STATING THAT THIS COULD BE RECTIFIED...123 REFUND AND ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING IF THEY COULD HELP IN ANY WAY........ SATISFIED CUSTOMER....I WOULD ORDER FROM THE COMPANY.

cheap and easy to install. Selecting the right O ring was the hardest part about installation. I've used it for quite a few months now, and it still holds up with no leaks.

Excellent alternative fix to the broken stopper in my bathtub. Was very easy to install and works perfectly. Highly recommend.
