mrliance 3500PSI Pressure Washer

The first time I used this unit, the motor ran constantly even if the gun wasn’t being used. This differed from the operation manual. And within the first 30 seconds, it started to smell like something was burning. When I tried to look online for troubleshooting steps, I couldn’t find anything for this brand. And, by that time, the average reviews on Amazon has dropped from 4/5 to less than 2/5.Minor things: the unit feels pretty cheap, to be honest. It’s lightweight, which I like, but the plastic is not high-quality. Also, there’s no carrier for the spare nozzles. Lastly, there are two on/off switches on the front of the unit. It’s not immediately clear what the bottom one does, and the manual doesn’t reference it. Turns out, it’s the hose release switch.I’m returning for a more trusted brand with and established track record.

Really lIke this power wash because it’s lightweight and has a great look, took it out yesturday to use it, just to realize that when I try to use it, water spray from everywhere where you connect the spray nozzle section to the gun. I turned it off and disconnect, reconnect and try, same thing, water spraying all over me, when I took a closer look, I realize the plastic section where it’s connected to the gun is split and the plastic on the gun itself is split. It seems like either the material is bad or I got a bad product. I am very disappointed because I can’t use it at all and I do like the product, hopefully I can get a replacement.

Really like the quick connect hoses. Put it together out of the box and did 5 hrs on my driveway and side walks. Didn't leak one drop. Light duties are perfect for this. Don't see where they come up with the 3200 lbs of pressure. Had a gas one that was 2800 lbs and it would have done the same job in half the time.Basically bought it to wash my side by side vehicle. It's just right for that task. I'm sure it will last for years. And my patio furniture and grill. Good bang for your buck.

Totally disappointed. Put it together, bled the line and started using. Was working fine. Set it down to wash the tires, picked it back up and it was dead. Kept tripping the circuit, reset, trip, reset, trip.Overall, feels very cheap, plastic. Also, doesn’t have holder/basket for sprayer heads which I thought was odd.Had really high hopes after reading other reviews. I’d suggest going with a different brand.

it was kinda nonfunctional the first time... but then i tried using it again 7 months later... leaks everywhere... i regret not returning after using it the first time.

I got to use this just once and 2nd time I try to use it's not turning on light in the socket show power is coming but it's not powering on. There is no customer support information.

This product completely stopped working after 8 months. I've only used it five times for small areas/jobs. How can I contact the seller. Not impressed.
