I tried a youtube video explaining how to fix error e43 on my 7yo Bosch Exxcel 8 washing machine,supposedly meaning that brushes were exhausted.I first ordered genuine brushes from Bosch website but at this time I am still waiting for them to be delivered.Meanwhile, since I started to really need my washer back on track I ordered this much cheaper version from amazon and got them the following day.Changing the brushes wasn't as easy as in the video but with a bit of patience I managed to do it (took me around 1:30 hour, moving the machine around included).I am no particularly great at DIY ! meaning all average skilled person can do it provided they have the right tools : some screws had star-shape etc, I supposed brand don't like it when you start looking inside their product.Verdict : after I put everything back like it should, I reset the washing machine, try a usual program and BINGO!The drum starts spinning as it should.So rewarding to do it, and especially so much cheaper than buying a new one!Time will tell if those brushes are decent quality and last long, now that I know how to do it I may consider putting the genuine brushes from Bosch, if ever I receive them.

The brushes were used for a White Knight washing machine, were exactly as required & delivery was quick FIrst Class Attention, could not ask for better. Many Many Thanks

To repair my washing mashing.

I ordered these from an electrical retailer, but the delivery slipped to a week! So I cancelled and ordered on Prime and the brushes arrived the next day. You do need a little DIY engineering skill to fit these, but there are plenty of YouTube videos to help, and it is pretty easy. The washing machine was working again 20 minutes after the parts arrived, so all was good. I’ve only given 4* because I’ve no idea how long they will last for! To my untutored eye, they look good quality though.

Look as good as originals time will tell existing brushes 6years old , fitted easily

Simple to replace and Bosch Classix washing machine working fine again.

Worn out after 9 months - originals lasted 10 years - same use, same machine. Very unhappy as it's a ball ache fitting them - try another brand.
