I love this stuff. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and I think this product makes a difference in pain and stiffness when I take it consistently. However, that is at triple the recommended dose (which I am not suggesting anyone else take as I am not sure if there could be side effects). Personally, i find that my body seems to absorb it until it is saturated, at which point I see it pass out of my system and I cut back on my dose. One other thing I've found is that I prefer to keep my bottle in the refrigerator. My apartment is quite hot and I have found that when I leave my bottle out with my other vitamins, it takes on a fishy smell and taste.
