Huge let down from Zizzo
I didn’t even have the bike for a month when my front crank bent while I was riding. And after a month of emailing and trying to get some information I was told it would not be covered under the warranty. To add insult to injury, Zizzo will send me a replacement part at no charge but will not pay for shipping, as if would brake the bank for them.

Pretty slick
For a $200 folding bike, it's 100% better than I expected. It looks clean, rides well, everything was in perfect condition, and it feels sturdy as well. I only have 1 complaint and it's about the seat. The saddle it comes with hurts after a bit, it's just like most standard saddles, so I ordered a bigger cushioned seat in it's place for $20.The bike itself is good enough that I ordered a second one for my fiancee so we can ride together. She has a 2014 Kia soul and both bikes fit in it with no issues even though they don't have folding pedals, those cars aren't the biggest. Pay attention to the brake lines when you fold it, sometimes it pulls the front brake cable and stops you from pushing it along easily. Also, I bought the black one and she got the yellow and it seems like she may have got an older version that looks like it has a bit less secure latch for the main fold, so hoping that won't be an issue.I went to the store and found a bike starter kit for $25 that had a lock, a front and back light, water bottle, bottle holder, mini air pump and a holding piece that goes under the bottle holder, and also a small bag that attaches to the underside of the seat. I bought a rear view mirror and smart phone holder separately and every single piece fits on the bike and doesn't interfere with the folding at all!

Ferro models not all the same-older ones not recommended
Really liked this bike when I first got it, except for the latching mechanism on the main frame. The latch was not like was described on the manual page, of which there were two. It was most like the xds manual, but not exactly. This was something not described or talked about on the page online.I thought I was getting a bike that I could return for free, but because of the differences based on color, apparently, when I clicked on the red one, I would up ordering from what seemed to be a reseller. The bike came boxed in a bigger box. I thought nothing of it at the time, and decided I could live with the plastic frame latch mechanism. It is, after all, guaranteed for life, I think. My misgivings were punctuated , however, when we ordered a second bike for my wife, this one in yellow. It was more money (both bikes were advertised as Ferro models, the only difference being noted on the ad pages being the color: mine was red, my wife's was yellow) because it was definitely Amazon Prime so we could send it back if we didn't like it.Though it was the same model, it's a tad longer than mine, plus it's frame lock it way more confidence-inducing. It feels strong. Where mine moves back and forth a small amount after being "locked" by the plastic sleeve, hers clicks in place with little need for something to hold it in.I've ridden mine outside, so I can't return it, but you can tell I'm not happy about it. I will be lashing the frame lock with the velcro strip that came to hold the tires together when folded because there is no magnet. And you might look at the website to buy another model to see if they're giving away bags for them. Of course we couldn't get them since we ordered from Amazon.I would not recommend the bike I got, despite the fact there's probably nothing wrong with it. It's going to be fun, for sure, but I'd recommend getting a more recent model, if there's a way to tell, or one of the upscale ones, though I'd first try to find out if there's a way to make sure you're getting the newest, safest version of whichever model you choose.PS--I was going to review the yellow one on a different form, but Amazon is treating them as the same bike. i would give the yellow one--which I view as newer or at least safer feeling--4 stars: minus one because there was more work needed to be done on it (adjust brakes and align handle bars) than on mine, which needed nothing. I would have given the yellow one 5 stars if the set up had not be so easy on the red one. And I would have given the red one 4 stars if I had not seen how much better the yellow one's main frame latch was constructed. For the price, they're not all that bad. But if you can do better, do.

It fits tall people and is surprisingly fast for a 20" bike.
Just got the bike today and unboxed it, put it together, and was riding it within 20 minutes. This is my second folding bike. I had a Btwin when I lived in China and wished I brought it back with me. I have a full sized bike here in the US, but missed having a more portable alternative. For the money, you can't beat this bike. I am 6'6" and 215lbs and the bike fits well enough if I move the seat back on the post. I have looked at many folding bikes in sports stores here in the USA and never found one as sturdy as this or as big (extendable) as this, let alone for $244 with tax and shipping. I got it in less than 24 hours from ordering it. I am away working now in another state and did not bring my full sized bike. I am very happy with this bike and hope take it with me traveling. I do not like traveling with a full size bike in tow for various reasons from room and it being a thief magnet. This bike will just tuck away hidden until I am ready to use it. I can see that a zip tie on the frame mechanism might be a good idea for extra safety so the latch, which is very solid, does not come undone. Again, very happy and it reminds me of the good Btwin I had in China that fit me well, and I put many ,many miles on it.Maybe I should have bought the top end model, but I wanted to make sure I liked riding it first. I do. The height sizing is the same for all the models

This just arrived yesterday, and it arrived broken straight out of the box; which is pretty difficult considering the insane amount of packaging they have wrapped around this thing. Both the front reflector and the front brake line were broken straight out of the box. Can't actually ride it since I can't use the front brake. So now, before i am able to ride it, I'll have to take my brand new bike to be repaired. Thanks for the chore and unnecessary expense.
