Great for bench press!
My husband goes to the gym every day. He has used many workout gloves. He slimes these the best. Very sturdy and keeps his hands from hurting.

BEST WEIGHTLIFTING GLOVES I’VE EVER OWNED!
I’ve tried several different weightlifting gloves by other manufacturers and none I’ve tried can compare with the extraordinary craftsmanship quality and durability of Schiek. What I most especially like are the attention to the details that really matter like the premium leather with thick palm pads and raised edges over each finger that makes these gloves real easy to remove, particularly after a sweaty workout. As a suggestion, I would like to see Schiek provide about an extra inch on the built-in wrist wraps because I have extra-large hands, wear an XL-size glove, and, admittedly, require a bit more room on the wrist wrap so that both ends fasten more securely through the velcro connection.

The best choice in lifting gloves!
I am a huge fan of these Schiek 540 lifting/workout gloves and just received my third pair from Amazon after wearing out the other two in a span of eight years. Not a bad investment for someone who works out about five times a week. The quality of the materials used are top notch and the fit is perfect after a brief break-in period of a few days. The wrist support is also stellar without being too wide to restrict movement as I’ve noticed in another brand I tried and promptly returned. These are truly a “Pro-Grade” quality product for the serious lifter, and nothing like the cheaper consumer gloves you find hanging in the big-box sporting goods stores.A couple suggestions. Get a size that is a little snug and definitely not loose, as these will conform to your hand with use. If you’re a Prime member, order a pair only after measuring your hand and return if you need a bigger or smaller size. Secondly, remember the size that works for you. I had unfortunately lost my original packaging and cut out the size tag on the interior lining of the glove and had forgotten. Luckily the posted measurements worked fine, but just a heads up!

Great gloves
I apologize in advance if my review is long winded. I want to give a thorough review. I have now owned these gloves for three months. On purchasing I did not have the option of trying them on for fit for no sporting good stores carry them in their stores in this area. I wear XL cloths butt was after a glove that would be a tighter then looser fit so chose to go with just the large size.As far as size I like the way it fits through the hand and fingers. The wrist strap is a little shorter then I would like it to be. After time though the strap does relax and get longer. The glove is extended in the fingers and thumb. I do like it for the fingers butt a bit long for my taste in the thumb. The length of the glove in the thumb, seems to be in the way. I have thought about cutting away a little bit of the thumb butt did not want to void the warranty. This glove is what I would call heavy duty. It is not as comfortable as a harbringer or other glove of that type. The leather on these Schiek gloves are much heavier and less pliable. After time the Schiek glove does break in, butt is never as comfortable as a less durable glove. So you do sacrifice comfort for durability IMO. I do like the durability and feel of the Schiek glove, butt once in a while I reach for an old pair of my ripped up Harbringers and they do feel really good.As far as smell, it seemed about the same amount of time I would wear other gloves where I would start to notice that unmistakable smelly glove smell. I have washed them now three times in the washer. I would say about every three weeks or so it is time for me to throw them in the washer. I do go to the gym three times a week. I am also a Wheelchair user. I also use the gloves when wheeling and or doing cardio in my wheelchair. So I do use these Schiek gloves regularly. After about four to five months when using harbringer gloves they start to wear through and expose part of my palms. I have had these Schiek for about three months. They are showing some wear in the area that usually wears out on my gloves butt seems like they will last much longer than other gloves I have used. I'm sure I will be using the warranty though before it is up.I do like these gloves and would recommend these butt buyer beware, These don't have the comfort of other gloves on the market. Also a small complaint, the glove pulls down pretty far over your wrist, which is nice to get the straps tight, butt uncomfortable if wearing a wrist watch. I wear my watch every day and it does get in the way when wearing these gloves. I just leave my watch in the car before going to the gym or doing wheelchair cardio. I do like these gloves butt I am thinking of picking up some Harbringer gloves to use once in while like when on Vacation and to have as a back-up

The Best Lifting Gloves Made
These are the best lifting gloves on the market - no question, hands down, premium quality. Schiek stands for quality. If you want to get through a tough workout without damaging your wrist or hands, I highly recommend these gloves. I have tried many different gloves, but as soon as I took these out of the box, I knew I would never find better quality lifting gloves.

Perfect weight lifting gloves!
A bit pricier than some other options but these seem like great quality gloves right off the bar. I've only used them about a month or so but fit and finish is great. The fins make taking them off a breeze, much better than the pull tabs a lot of gloves use that eventually rip off. The padding in the palm is just the perfect amount, not too much or too little. Gloves are comfy and stable, don't move around and the support from the wrist wrap helps with that. Do yourself a favor if you're even remotely serious about lifting spend the money and get these!

My go to gloves for years
I’ve been using these gloves for the last 10 to 15 years. Very well built, and they last super long. No fading and functionally one of the best supportive gloves I have ever used. My only gripe is they are not anti-microbial and will start to stink a short period after use.

BEST GLOVES EVER!!!
Most workout gloves I have gotten in the past would fall apart after afew workout. I had my gloves for 6 months and still look brand new. I treat my gloves like crap but you can't tell !!! You only need one pair. No backup pair is needed. Best workout gloves available to buy!!!
