My hair is naturally thick and course, however, it tends to be dry, frizzy and brittle. After taking Bloom Hair Gummies for a month my hair is softer, less frizzy and stronger. Overall, it looks and feels healthier. I also noticed my nails grow more quickly and are less brittle. The gummies taste really good and are a nice change from having to swallow large capsules.
