I'm extremely happy with these manikins from this seller. The shipping is fast, they are exactly like described and there is an added bonus... the duffle bag that they come in are way more heavy duty than the bags issued by prestan. I could purchase directly from World Point but I choose this seller because of the heavy duty bags, the Amazon guarantee, price point is almost the same and superb customer service. As of now I'll order all of my manikins from this seller and no one else.

Good for teaching BLS/CPR
Great feed back device installed directly on mannequin. Case is sturdy. I ordered the darker version. The body is dark (not much different though from a white one) but the head does not match. So I have a Caucasian mannequin who was in the sun for about 1/2 hour with its face covered with a towel-lol! Works great though-

DIDN'T COME WITH THE FEEDBACK MONITOR
I purchased two manikins with the assumption that it would come with the feedback (green, yellow, red) device and it didn't. It says it does so I am confused as to where it's at. Its not in the back of the manikin like all of my other Prestan manikins

Broken product
The product has rattling sound even before use and no click. I returned it right away and replacement was sent to me the very next day but has the same problem. I wonder they ever check the product before shipping. I have to send back again. Quite disappointed.
