Excelente, no permite que la máscara se forcé mucho puesta en la cara y ayuda a que sea más duradera el agarre.

I like how you can adjust the strap to your head size for a comfortable fit. Also helps keep mask in place when your doing harsh training such as running, lifting ect.

The Strap and material is extremely durable. Guaranteed to last a very long time. Works with other masks as well

It is a great training mask. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when your face sweats which it does each time it is a long session, the mask seal leaks so you don't get full effect of the restricted breathing. I hate wearing it but notice a huge difference when I train without it...I am in much better shape.

I just received a strap and no mask

I honestly loved this product, i don't care if they say that it's useless. I tend to sweat a lot when wearing this and after taking it off i feel that my breathing is getting better. People say it helps make lungs stronger, i've seen many athletes use it. But i read online that it's useless. WHOCARES when you look like a freaking Bane from batman jogging on the treadmill or whatever! You look like a beast!

This works exactly as expected. I do recommend it as part of the mask, secures it’s really well.
