Great wee item, helps with bends, stretches. Use under correct supervision

My granddaughter 6yrs. Loves this stretch band. She spent hours working with it, using YouTube videos to give her inspiration on how to use it. For such a simple item, this gave hours of pleasure last weekend. She doesn’t belong to gym club, but wants to work on her stretching ability so she can do the exercises once she joins. She will soon be doing the full splits. It certainly makes things far easier for her. It keeps exercises slow and controlled, which ensures the muscles engage fully. Before I bought this for her, she would hurt her hips and low back because she’s be throwing her legs everything and pull a muscle. This really helps focus too. My only critique is that if could’ve done with being a little longer. She has no grow room in it. If your child is of average height or above, purchase the next size up. My granddaughter is fairly small for her age and it fits perfectly, but no grow room as stated above. Looks simple, but add YouTube videos and you’ve got hours of fun. Great if they have siblings, to use competitively, and keeps them up and moving, building muscle strength, which they lose when glued to devices. Highly recommend.
