I really did like this mop when I received it. The system using a spray bottle instead of a battery was ingenious and the velcro placement allowed many things to be used as cleaning pads.However in the 3 months of owning it, the plastic that held the mop to the stick broke. Not useable anymore. Very disappointed for sure and won't be buying another.

I like the overall concept. The reservoir holds enough spritz cleaner for my kitchen floor, which I like. The Velcro bottom is genius for holding microfiber cloths- we use a professional mop like this at the cleaning business I work for. However, this mop is quite fragile. The top third of the handle doesn't seat in the stem due to the fact that the plastic clip is permanently retracted into the handle. I tried getting it to stay out to grab the handle, but it is just not sturdy enough to stay in a position to lock the top of the mop handle. This means the trigger third of the mop top pulls out with every pass. Oh darn, I wish this was made better. I might try to figure out a jerry-rig situation since I have only had this since October and I want it. Note to manufacturer these clips are just not enough to hold the handle in place.

We ordered this mop and after 1 day the stick broke off of the base. Hoping it was fluke, we sent this back to amazon for a replacement. The second broke again immediately. Now we are returning for a refund.I really wanted to like this mop. If it wasn't so fragile, it would have been great.I do not recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT BUY THIS MOP! I purchased the 1st one and only used it a few times and it broke in the same spot as the pics. This is the replacement they sent and yes it last linger but broke in the same spot again! I really liked the idea of being able to fill your own cleaning solution into the mop head but please make a product that holds up to cleaning with it!!! What a piece of crap and a waste of money. Now too late to return.

Great mop! Easy to assemble and use. Everything locks into place and it's pretty sturdy, so it won't come apart when using it. The spray is nice. I was able to spray my water 5 feet. Also easy to get under my nightstands and dresser.

This mop broke on my second use. I researched and was so excited to use this on my new floors and it left me stranded. Had to go to Lowe’s and buy another type of mop so I could finish my cleaning. Now I have a broken mop and extra pads that I bought and can’t use. Very disappointed.

. This is a month later I use this on a floor 10 ft. Long area in a travel Trailor, after a month this is what happened I cannot return it it is to late this is garbage I loved it at first. I am going back to boba, and will never get a mop with an attached floor cleaner it is cheap junk.

I've had this thing for 2 days and the mop head has completely broke off already.
