Like the fact you can change the amount that it pumps. Has been working well for about a year. Batteries seem to last fairly long.

We replaced an old SimpleHuman automatic dispenser that was dying. The new dispenser is much better in that it reliably dispenses soap and in much greater quantity than the old Simplehuman device. We've almost run out of the first load of soap (leftover Simplehuman hand soap) so we'll have to experiment with other handsoaps to see what works. For the price it seems to be a good choice. I was unable to get it to work well with my usual rechargeable AA batteries so I'm running it on alkalines.

This is my third try at an automatic soap dispenser and I will be keeping this one for one key reason: it works every time. Unlike others I have tried this one with its two-sensor design will dispense soap when anything gets near it (pans, brushes, sponges, dark stuff, light stuff, and hands).It is not the best in all categories. The reservoir is smaller than others (but that makes the unit smaller so if you are looking for a discrete footprint this might be a plus). It is noisier than others. It is all plastic. The amount of soap has three settings indicated by a flashing light when you push a button:- 1 flash = a generous amount of soap- 2 flashes = too much soap- 3 flashes = way too much soapSince milliliters don’t help visualize this means about a nickel, quarter, or silver dollar coin size on your palm, respectively. For hand soap settings 1 or 2 are usable but for dish soap 1 is more than enough. So I wish it had some lower settings.The good features include the battery compartment which twists off, unlike most others which require a screwdriver, and batteries that stick in place rather than slide out. This makes it easy to change batteries without having to turn it upside down and risk having soap Leak out the vent hole. The unit has discrete rubber feet which keep it off the sink and therefore it is not likely water will get caught underneath. The controls are two buttons: power and soap volume select (three levels). Finally, the motion sense works every time which is most important.Overall a good product. I wish they made a larger one with more soap volume dispense options, but this will do.

Amazing, this is a very convenient soap dispenser! !! !! !!I have three other types of soap dispensers. They all collapsed within a few months, and it was frustrating! !! !! The last one I bought broke in a few weeks and the soap absorbed slowly, so you have to wait another 2 seconds to get it. It also has an awkward refill area, making it sloppy to fill it. Both dispensers have no windows, so you can't see much soap inside. The bottom of all three batteries is very clumsy because they always short circuit because hey, it's surrounded by water and liquid soap.I immediately noticed that the product was fast, sturdy, easy to load, and perfectly designed ... the battery was loaded on the side, not the wet bottom. There is also a scroll switch near the bottom that allows you to adjust the amount of soap that is accurately discharged. It's high so you don't have to fill it constantly. Of course, this is almost all soap windows.I bought this last month, so I don't know its durability, but it feels sturdy. The ingenious design and warranty tell me that this will not be a frustrating purchase.

I got one of these for my main bathroom a while ago and its always worked well. I had a different brand in my second bathroom that stopped working so I purchased this one again, it was delieverd on August 7th and today makes a month I've had it and it's been malfunctioning for about a week; so worked 3 weeks total. I've tried EVERYTHING!! From changing batteries to changing soap to thinner ones, and nothing has worked. I give up, I guess I'll go back to old fashioned hand dispensed soap. So discouraged as I truly liked this product, and my 1st one is still going strong, which is why I gave 3 stars, maybe this second one was a dud. Just beware when buying this, you may get a good one, may get a dud.

Let’s get to the point. This dispenser has a two sensor design which makes it much more effective at detecting all types of motion (including dark surfaces). This sets it apart from the other dispenser with a single infrared sensor that I have tried previously.It has a decent sized reservoir. It has three settings for the amount of soap to dispense. More importantly it only dispenses soap if there is a surface under the nozzle. If you take away your hand or scrubby, it stops dispensing, which is another big plus in my book. I was originally worried by other reviews that commented on the large amounts of soap it dispensed.When I initially set up the dispenser, it struggled to pump soap through, and I actually had to use my mouth to help suck soap through to get the flow started. Once it was flowing though, I’ve had no issues. The only other small con is that it’s a little louder than the other dispenser I had previously.Overall, this is my first choice for a kitchen sink where you are going to put pots, pans, scrubbies, and hands underneath it to dispense soap. I would recommend this simply for the double sensor design.

We bougth two in the past. One lasted four years and other is three years old and still working well. The oldest became intermittent in operating. After fours years, I just bought its replacment (same brand). As retired engineer, I plan to investigate the non-functiong one and perhaps remedy its problem. If not ... I am fine with it lasting as long as it has!

The media could not be loaded.  Apenas me llegó antier, me encantó que sea tan práctico, es muy pequeño pero eso ayuda a manejarlo bien y esquinarlo sin tanto peligro de que se caiga o se voltee. Lo malo fue que cuando le cambié al volumen máximo para ver cuánto salía, empezó a tirar el jabón a lo loco, ¡no se detenía ni se quería apagar!Tuve que quitarle una pila para desactivarlo y se desperdició bastante jabón. Luego volví a instalarlo y a encenderlo y ya funcionó bien en los tres volúmenes. Lo dejé en volumen medio, que creo es el adecuado para mí, así además ya no hay tanto riesgo de que se ponga a tirar el jabón sin control. ¡Espero que ya no vuelva a pasar! porque además ya he tenido malas experiencias con otros dispensadores.
