Watch How to Fold Video Here
The media could not be loaded. I've owned so many pop-up products that the negative reviews regarding folding the tent did not faze me. Most pop-up products fold up pretty much the same way. Instead, I looked for a tent with 100% opacity, pouches for weighing it down, and an open roof. This tent is exactly as described and I'm very pleased. The opacity was important to me, since I do not want anyone even getting a hint of what position I'm in inside this tent, especially considering I want it to primarily function as an outhouse. The two layers of fabric do just that. It looks a lot like my sunshade -- blocks out all light. The pouches can be filled with rocks or sand to weigh down three sides. Alternatively, there are thick, durable loops on each corner that can be tied down with stakes (included). I prefer the rock method, because we are most often in the desert and the ground is impossible to penetrate, but there are rocks everywhere. The top is open for ventilation. It doesn't support the weight of a shower bag. There's nowhere to hang a bag, but you can position this under a tree and hang the bag from a tree. I don't think we'll be doing that.Lastly, the door has dual zippers and the zipper pulls can be pulled from either inside or outside the tent.As for the folding, it's easier if you watch it being done because there's really no way to write it out clearly. Start with the tent folded flat. Most people get to that point just fine. Place the small end at your feet. Roll it away from you. One side will want to curl up. Just go with it and then push the other side in to follow. Voila. I can do it in seconds. It fits right back in the bag like the day it arrived.I looked at a lot of privacy tents on Amazon and I'm happy I chose this one.P.S. The privacy tent is good for light breezes, like what you see in the video. It will not work on windy days or in gusts of wind.P.P.S. I paid full price for this product. It was NOT provided to me for review.

Will not last- one day item
Size is great for a camp toilet/changing room. Product is not made to endure any type of use. It was open for one day (inside the house) before camping trip and seams unraveled in two places. It needs to be made much tougher!

Sturdy Tent
The skin is made up of a durable material. I had used the "PARTYSAVING Portable Privacy Outdoor Pop-up Room Tent Camping Shower Toilet Beach Park" when I had driven across the country from California to Washington D.C. two months ago. It was a long 3,000 miles trip that provided me with the wonderful privilege to visit tons of national parks, and I must say that the Portable Privacy Outdoor Pop-up came in real handy.First, the frames that provide the scaffolding retained its dexterity and tough strength over the prolonged consistent use. Additionally, the nylon-like fabric is sturdy enough not to rip against the frames' force. I think, maintaining the integrity of the product's structure is important, granted that the fabric provides the privacy for people in many situations.I have also used the Outdoor Pop-up Tent as a shower room. I fill up large plastic bags with water and put two holes in them, adjust and secure it on the tent somehow, and take a shower :) The water pressure is not exactly a motel quality, but it does its job when you're out in the wild. Oops, I got sidetracked. The Outdoor Pop-up tent is sturdy enough to hold up the weight of the plastic bags — this is the point that I was trying to make.

Flimsy material, showed ware after first opening.
At a basic level this item is what’s advertised. After unboxing it opened and seemed fictional. I’ve own similar fold down/pop open products before. I expected to put in some effort but I was confident I’d figure it out. I did figure out how to store it but not before struggling for a hour and causing damage to the unit because I was working on a sidewalk. The metal warped and not the unit isn’t a a stable as it was to begin with. The direction are awful. I viewed multiple YouTube videos before I could get it stuffed back into the carrying bag. The problem is that the unit needs to colapse twice. Most products I’ve used have only needed one fold and twist. If the diameter of the bag was bigger it would be so much easier to store.

For shower and potty usage while camping
This is what I had been looking for. I wanted an easy-to-set-up privacy screen for showering and potty usage at my campsite in Port Susan. I was also looking for something that wouldn't take up much space when not in use. You can't see a person's silhouette and the zipper length is from bottom to top so you don't have to duck down to get in. But, OMG! The paper instructions included with the tent to break down and return to the carry case did not work for me. I watched a video from another purchaser and was able to get it in the case. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it had several stains on the black fabric (dark greasy like and bits of white paint). So, I felt it was a used product, not new, and I paid the "new" price of $31.99. Overall, I do recommend this since it is reasonably priced, has an open bottom and top -which I plan to use to set up a shower, easy to set-up and so private.

Life saver
This Pop-up tent has been a real life saver twice now. I love camping but a bathroom isn't always available or nearby so I put my bucket toilet in here for when I need it at 4 am. My husband offered for me to have my bucket in our sleeping tent, but I prefer the privacy this tent offers. One word of advice - be sure to watch the video AND practice folding it back down a time or two. I just about never got it back in the carry bag the first time I used it.
