Yoga Meditation Buckwheat Bolster Pillow Cushion

I just received this. It seems sturdy enough, and the design is nice. I chose to get this cushion, however, because it specifically stated on the product page that it was a cotton cover and stuffed with buckwheat hulls. The information that came with the cushion, though, states repeatedly that it's stuffed with polyester. Had I known that I would not have ordered this product. That might be a minor issue for a lot of people, but it's a major one for me - I specifically chose what I thought was a buckwheat-stuffed cushion for a reason, and I feel quite strongly that your product information should be accurate. I will never buy from these people again.

In my yoga teacher training classes in which we would sit (mostly) for 3 hours I would have a lot of hip pain trying to sit cross legged. Though raising my hips with a yoga block helped ease the pressure, it certainly wasn't comfortable. This zafu is the perfect height and density to sit through hours of class or for a meditation practice. My mom loved mine so much she got one in her favorite color! It came with me on my retreat to Kripalu and to every class I attend! now I'm just on a mission to find a yoga bag to carry it along with my blanket and mat!

Best Zafu ever!!! Totally supports my body, lets my sacrum sink down so proper meditative alignment is achieved. Bought two 16". I am hoping more 16" come in so I can buy some more colors. I am average size woman 5'5" and the 16" is perfect. That being said the 13" must be for children and very small women.

This is perfect. I got the grey geometric design. It has the perfect amount of stability to support me during medication and spell work. I have chronic joint pain, and this is the perfect level of comfort and support for me. It is extremely well made, and super easy to clean. Dog and cat hair does not stick to it, magically. Wonderful!

This year I promised myself that I'd start to meditate. It took me a couple of months, but I finally started to meditate. And, it kind of sucked sitting on the floor on in a chair... So, I ordered this pillow thing made of buckwheat. Let me start off by saying that it's AWESOME! I'm not a huge person, but I've got a bit of a butt. So, the 16" fit perfectly. After a couple of days figuring out how to sit and meditate on this pillow...I just love it. It's perfect for me. It's well made and my wife thought is was pretty cool. Anyway, buy with confidence....

So perfect for sitting at coffee table to eat and play games with my son, or play games on floor with him! My lower back is really bad and I needed a sturdy low seat to sit and play on the ground! This is PERFECT! And cost less than in stores! Shipped timely, and was packaged great too!

I had always wondered why lotus position seemed uncomfortable to me, until I realized that you're supposed to use a cushion for proper posture and spinal alignment. Wow - what a difference! This Peace Yoga cushion is awesome – well-made, just the right amount of firmness, and it looks attractive sitting on my armchair when not in use. I absolutely love the Metatron's cube/icosahedron design and all of my friends have been raving about it, which is saying something, considering people don't generally get very excited over a cushion. I would highly recommend this product and indeed already have. You really can't go wrong for the money!

I like meditation but usually do it lying down. However, I recently got a puppy and decided to try this meditation pillow in order to relieve the back and neck pain I always experience while sitting on the floor for any reason. It worked wonders! I have tried other pillows like this in the past with no success. This one is superior in design, construction, height, and support. I will now also use it for meditation as well as for interacting with my puppy while playing on the floor with him. An attractive, fantastic pillow!
