Q: How do I know when the room is clean?

I'm within 2 weeks of using the air purifier and noticed that I have been sneezing less. I checked the filter and there were some dust. It's hard to know if the room is clean. What I focus on is that I can breathe better.

Q: If i let it run all day, do i need to clean out the filter frequently? i want to see how much "stuff" it's grabbing ... when should i check?
