This bag holds everything
I put together my own first aid kits for home, car, and bugout. I think they're pretty well-stocked, and everything fits in this bag. Even better, it doesn't fall out. All the little tiny things fit in the attached (inside) mesh bag; anything that's more or less flat fits in the several pockets; and other stuff (rolled bandages, tweezers, small roll of duct tape) is held in by elastic loops. I did add a looped rubber band to hold my roll of first aid tape. I can open this bag flat and shake it and nothing falls out, yet everything is accessible in an instant. I liked it so much I bought three more.

Not too bad. But the webbing is a little off.
It feels like ok quality. The color of it is not really coyote brown like the picture. And the inside elastic strap setup is not like the picture either. The included red cross patch was actually very nice though. It was red and black rubber. Also, the MOLLE webbing appears to be a non standard size or ir was sewn wrong

Well made bag to carry medical supplies
I got this because my first aid kit (mostly a glorified bank bag stuffed with supplies) was bursting at the seams and it was difficult to locate what I needed in an emergency situation. This is MUCH better. Parts and pieces can be organized and the whole kit attaches to my backpack for quick and easy access.

Holds up great!
This thing can take a real beating. I bought it to be on the front of my dirtbike to have just incase. It has taken mud, dirt, dust, falls and more and ecerything still works great. The Velcro is fine, zippers fine, seems are well built. Would reccomend this thing to anyone. Does what it needs to do

For the price I am happy with the product that I just received. Feels sturdy and everything functions as listed. Most importantly it's straps lined up perfectly with my camelbak. We'll see how well it holds up in two months after I've returned from my cross country trek.

Very practical, the space inside the bag is very large, you can put a lot of drugs.

Worth the money.
This thing is big, looks amazing, feels tight and sturdy. I'll be trying thia bag out and attaching it to my hiking bag. It's really big you can store a ton of stuff in it. And the prize is great too.

Well made kit
It’s a well made survival kit, has everything I need for mountain hiking. The bag is sturdy and strong. It’s pocket are very roomy. I can put some extra stuff in it with me.
