Great, but thin.
This is a good paint, but it’s hard to use. I only say that because it’s a lot thinner than most chalk paint. I normally don’t have a lot of issues with that but if you are looking to cover something larger, be prepared to do multiple coats. I did a few picture frames, and they came out great, but it took about 5 coats to get totally covered and smooth. Maybe it’s just this specific color (gold) but I think I will try a different gold next time.

Amazing coat
Wow. I did one coat. Dried within minutes. Did another coat just to make it sharper but it didnt really need it. Dried super fast. The color goes on even and smooth and it's beautiful. I pit it straight on wood and on the iron part of the leopard bench. Clean up was super easy. Judt use water.

It's gorgeous!!!!!
Omg I cannot even express enough how beautiful this metallic pink paint is, it's glamorous, it's just beautiful, goes on so smoothly and such a tiny bit goes such a long way. The quality is A+ and is better than paints that cost 50+. I painted 2 end tables, also all knobs on a tall dresser which was 12 knobs, also painted my daughters knobs and legs of dresser and I have over half the can left. So it's worth buying this paint you will not be dissapointed.

Not the best chalk paint
The paint itself is fine, but out of the two different brands of chalk furniture paint that I bought, it was runnier and not at all colored like the description. I bought the strawberry yogurt color, which was supposed to be a very pale pink. It came out like a mutated oatmeal color. The other color/paint that I bought was luckily closer to the color I wanted. Sometimes you never know the actual color when you buy it online and that is my fault, but I had to use about three layers of it in order to cover the mason jars I painted, while the other chalk paint covered it in one layer. Probably won’t buy this again.

Amazing gold paint!
I'm changing the color scheme in my house and I'm painting some furniture and decor items. To give some of them a little extra pizzaz, I wanted to use some gold paint. I usually get something from the craft store that is expensive and it takes a lot of it. I came across this and decided to buy one of the 250ML cans. It is the equivalent to a little more than a cup of paint. I've attached a picture that shows it next to a typical craft store paint for size. I also attached a couple of the many things I've used it on this week. I've used it to dry brush over wood details and to get full coverage on other items. To get full coverage it takes multiple coats. I really liked how it turns out and I have barely put a dent into this can. As far as this being "chalk" paint, I don't get the same chalky feel that I did using Annie Sloan paint, maybe because it is "gold" paint. If I ever make it through this can, I will so be buying another. My daughter wants us to use this paint for an entire piece of furniture with this paint and I'm very tempted!

Beautiful tone of dusty / pale creamy pink - but doesn’t cover as well as others in the range
This is my favourite make of chalk paint, and I paint furniture regularly but whenever I can I choose a colour from the Shabby Chic Furniture Paint range. Their Licuorice and Chalky White are both lovely. This colour I didn’t use before, from the first look I can’t agree with the previous reviewer noting it’s grey-pink. It does look strawberry yoghurt to me? It’s a creamy pink slight lilac undertone and very slight greyish - so more close to a dusty pink tone and won’t stand out as ‘baby pink’ at all - it’s not at all like that. I have a few Neptune items in their Oyster Pink linen and this colour resembles that closely - if this helps. I gave it four stars only though because of the coverage not being as good as other colours in the range. I paint quite thin coats, and painting the inside of a greenish mid-grey cabinet, I needed 3 coats to cover it fully. So I had to order a third pot and now paid more for 750ml than I would’ve for a 1L pot, simply because it doesn’t cover as well as what I’m used to when using this paint. It’s a shame because the colour is gorgeous, it will look lovely when I finish - a French linen cabinet in Licuorice black, with strawberry yoghurt shelves inside. It’s just as I planned it to look, hence still deserves 4 stars.

Nice paint...
Great paint... Admittedly I used this paint for its colour... I wanted this dusty blue colour as a true colour and not used for the two coloured chic effect...Although i did paint something else with white primer/ undercoat and then painted one/two coats of this paint on top of the white and it does give a great two colour chic effect... Although it's really important to make sure your brush strokes are straight... Or you'll end up needing to hide the wonky brush strokes with another coat of dusty blue paint etc... I watered this paint down to make it more comfortable for me to apply... This technique requires more coats of paint etc... This wasn't a real problem as I wanted it the dusty blue solid colour and not the two-coloured-chic-effect...This piano has had 3 coats of specialist paint to prime it, 7 coats of white satinwood plus another 6 coats of this Dusty Blue... Although I water my paints down and this inevitable requires more coats.(Was your brush every few minutes... This chalky water based paint shall dry much quicker and potentially ruin your super expensive brush... Perhaps use an old brush until you're more familiar with chalk paints)...

It’s okay
I would say it’s good or bad depending on what you use it for. For example I used this paint for the table and it’s not strong enough and I’ve got a lots of scratches from the plates and cutleries, I never cut on the table anything. I had to paint the table again with normal paint

Bought to snazz up some cheap pine furniture. A little went a long way and as promised no prep needed before hand. Furniture now looks much more expensive and has had lots of compliments. A one litre tin did three pieces of furniture and had plenty left over to paint our manky old pine door.
