Harukana Receive: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

It's kinda like Hantsu X Trash except without the guys & that's the best part about it because if you are a regular watcher of anime like I am then you know anime authors do not know how to incorporate guys into anime's like this without making them bumbling perverted common-sense-less idiots who basically only get in the way of the female characters when trying to save them or be saved or whatever it's extremely irritating. So on this deal, a girl go's to visit a relative in Okinawa and while she is there she learns to play beach volleyball, finds out her relative that she went to visit is also a veteran of the sport & the 2 of them team up. The art is outstanding & the story is just as good, you will enjoy this for sure.

Firstly, I usually am not one for sports anime. I’ve never really understood a lot of those. Granted this is likely due to the fact that I am not an athletic person.However, I decided to give this show a look because of a number of reasons, and not really for the ones that most people might think. Yes the fan service is nice. But most of all the characters themselves are a lot of fun.With each character having a tiny little mini arc of sorts that is distinctly their own. For instance, one of the characters goes through a tiny arc on not only learning a new sport, but also how to better connect with a family member. Another character tries to face some inner demons from her past and manages to get through it.Overall, a good little story about cute girls, playing sports and just being good friends. I would say that the only thing that really marks it down is the fact that there is very little in terms of special features.

Haru is your average high school student moving to a small beachfront town for school and living with her cousin. However on the way to the house she watches a beach volleyball game and wishes to learn how to play, despite her cousins protests. She learns that her cousin was a competition level player who suddenly stopped playing. Can Haru's passion to learn rekindle her cousins love of the game, or will this end with one tragic spike?This came out the same season as the badminton series and between the two i prefered this one with more character development and story over the fan service one. Overall it was an enjoyable series and you got to see how not only the cousin, but other players seem to gravitate to Haru and her energy. I definately say this is worth a watch.

This is a good show about a young girl determined to achieve her goal at beach volleyball. Taking on a girl who gave up over a simple mistake as a partner these two have a lot to learn about one another

Just a normal anime style beach volleyball. I think might have another seasons of it. Sports fan might love it.

No tengo mucho que decir sobre este anime, la trama es sencilla y entretenida, ideal para cuando solo quieres disfrutar viendo algo sin tantos rodeos y misterios. La explicación de las reglas y maneras de jugar del voleibol de playa es bastante orgánica, igual que las relaciones entre las personajes.

作品内容は別にして、再生環境の問題を書いておきます。最初、DENNONのユニバーサルプレイヤー DBT-1713UDで再生しようと試みましたが、「お住まいの地域でこのディスクは再生できません」という意味の英語メッセージが表示されて、再生できませんでした。ブルーレイのリージョンは日米共に「A」なのに何故？次にソニーのPS3 CECH-2000Aに掛けたところ、再生できました。ですが、英語音声で再生した場合に、英語字幕が表示できないのには参りました。（日本語音声で再生の際には表示できました）他のレヴューの方もお書きですが、スタッフとキャストのクレジットが全てアルファベット表記なのには違和感を覚え、微妙にヘコみます。
