Purchased as a gift for the chef of the house. She likes the way it cooks and has little or no sticking. I do the cleanup and noticed that the sides are higher than the old pan and that helps reduce splatter. It cleans easily.

Absolutely terrible product. The black lining scapes off into your food while cooking. My kids macncheese was literally speckled with black chips of bottom of the pan.
