These are not new units but they work well
I bought this 4G LTE on Amazon instead of eBay since I thought I would be buying a new unit. Nothing in the item description (unless I missed it) indicated these were used, refurbished or old inventory. I would have saved about $30 buying a clearly marked used or refurbished unit on eBay. Yes some of the reviews did indicate they got a used oe as well. But some reviews did not address the used vs new issue at all. It came delivered in a white box with Rogers markings on it. Rogers is a Canadian ISP. There were stickers on the box indicating which size SIM card to use, how to turn it on and a URL to a Youtube video for internet settings. Now that the used part is off my chest let me give you the rest of the story. Bottom line it works very well on AT&T. I had to reset the APN to get it to work so it was a little frustrating. From opening the box to connecting to the internet took me about 30 minutes since I decided to search for an download the manual for this model rather than rely only on the YouTube video. After resetting the APN you MUST select use as default. Or else it will default to whatever was loaded first. (in my case Rogers). Also to add the AT&T APN (broadband) you have to select manual under APN not Automatic. Mine would not work in Automatic mode. It loaded a Cingular APN not the correct AT&T APN.On the WiFi side mine does not have a 5GHz option only 2.4GHz. Perhaps I will be able to do a firmware update to get a 5GHz option. But that is for another day. Once everything was set up I was able to speed test it using an app on my phone to achieve 25Mbps download and 15Mbps upload. A far cry from my cable internet speeds of 400Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. But that is not what I bought it for. This will be used in a vacation home and when I travel around. I was able to effectively stream a Netflix show with no buffering. Is it the best way to go for a 4G LTE to WiFi router with an ethernet port? Probably not. I could likely do better buying the Netgear LB1120 4G LTE modem and teaming it with an inexpensive AC WiFi router. But I opted to go this rout since it was all in one box and easier to move around. I did consider the other option seriously though.

Good value
Not sure how long the batter will last. Don't care. I have had it off the cord for over 30 minutes. Other then that don't know. Its dould in range of 2.4ghz to 5ghz just run only 10 devices at one buy doing that or at 2.4 can run 20. Works great.

Definitely a used item.
I opened my amazon box today to be greeted by a oddly generic looking box. 4G Router.....LTE. Strange I thought to not have any name or information on the outside about the device. Now a little nervous I hoped the box would still be sealed but the generic box had no signs of a seal nor ever being seal in the past........as I lifted the lid the device sat in a plastic bag that looked as though it spent a small amount of time in a trash can or maybe a sock drawer. What then struck me was the strange white power cord.....odd that a black router would have a bright white power cord? I inspected it to make sure it was in fact a ZTE power cord. It is a generic cord like the box. The Chinese writing on it gives no indication of what item it should be powering. I returned the power cord to the 4G LTE box and processed the return procedure.

You will love it!
This is a great wireless modem for AT&T wireless internet. It requires an initial setup for the APN Name: ATT Broadband, APN= broadband and setting WiFi to the United States. Be sure the SIM card is seated properly in the holder. The RJ-45 port is great for internet phone or a router. The 18 hours battery back is great. We love the 15db antennas for long-range reception. We have purchased five units and referred to many others. Great customer service from the provider.

Look No Further Than This Router
I bought this item to replace the piece of junk KuWifi router along to supplement with a new SIM card from AT&T for the $35 a month unlimited data plan and so far it works great, instructions supplied in the box were spot on. The antennas are adequate for long range distance through thick walls in a 2500sqft home. You will not be disappointed.

So Worth it!!!!
Very little trouble to set up. Works great as a home system or while traveling. It does have a battery which would probably carry it 4 to 6 hours in heavy use but if you have a 110 volt in your vehicle, you are golden. I love it.Remember, you must follow directions closely!!
