Swad Tamarind and Dates Chutney, 8 Ounce

Excellent product. The sauce is thick and flavorful.

The chutney was very good but a little spicier than expected. I was using it as a dip for papadums that are a little dry.

It's delicious! Will buy again and again!

To my mind, this is not a chutney. It is a rather runny, thin gravy that has 'okay' taste, but not a thick chutney with chunks of fruit that I would expect. Very disappointed. Jar was well packaged and undamaged from the outside of the individual box, but still had damage to the lid and leaked a small amount inside the bubble wrap. I used it anyway, but won't order again.

Good tangy taste.

Its my first time using this kind of chutney. Not really so fun of the taste.

This is a great product

A bit too sweet for my liking, but this works in a pinch when I need a small amount of tamarind in an otherwise sweet sauce or dish. Will keep looking for just plain tamarind in a jar.
