Not new product, clearly used.
The item itself is fantastic and exactly what we needed, however it has arrived this morning and once we opened up the package it’s clear to see that the item has been used and is indeed NOT a new item. It has dirt engrained in the feet, scratches on the metal body and gouges of plastic from the feet which we have had to document via photos.We contacted amazon to be told all they can do is ask us to return and re-order but this is not an option as we actually need it for an event tomorrow morning.
