Never buy a product with a copycat brand name!
Lasted 7 months then went crazy. Started turning on by itself in the middle of the night and wouldn't turn off. The next day it changed speeds by itself. Then just died. Their customer service phone number was disconnected. I left an email on their site and got no response. Now I get a warning their site is no longer secure. I should have been wary of the copycat brand name. Very disappointed.

Battery failed after a couple of years.
It served its purpose, but failed after a couple of years. Battery technology is unfortunately lacking.I ended up replacing it with this cheaper toothbrush that I'm happy with so far. We'll see if my new one lasts 2 years.

purchased 4/9/16 >It stopped working 5/16/18
....nice slim design. nice blue recharging light. quiet motor. now,.it's very quiet. it doesn't work. still have two brush heads left. calling # on box today. I will review later, how they handle the situation.

Honestly you get what you pay for. Its a cheap electric toothbrush. It does hold a charge for a long time so you don't have to keep it plugged in all the time. I only plug it once every 10 days or so to let it recharge.

Just like a bunch of others said, I purchased this toothbrush exactly a year ago and it has now died. Won't hold a charge at all. Very disappointed...

Good enough
For the most part, this is a great toothbrush - I Bought one for each member of the family. After about 6 weeks of using it, however, one of the bases went out and no longer charges. Its unfortunate because it just passed the time frame to be able to send back for a replacement. I'm going to attempt to contact the mfg directly, but I dont put much hope in an outcome.
