Just what I needed sharp and handle can be held with wet hands

I’ve really gotten into grilling and smoking the past year or so and have purchased many large cuts of meat I needed to break down. As you know you need the right tool for the job. This one is it! Cuts like butter through the firmest and thickest sections of meat. Can easily get to narrow areas with the curved blade and tip. Handle is comfortable and a good fit for my hand. Amazing how quickly I can break down, trim and debone meat with this. Even slicing cooked meat that’s been refrigerated is a breeze. Would consider purchasing again to have one the next size. Highly recommend!!

It’s a good steel with moderately high hardness. It holds an edge well (not Japanese SG2 retention but really good), easy to sharpen, nice consistent grind and sharpness out of the box, looks cool 😁, and the grippy handle is absolutely awesome. It’s just my preference, but I like a straight blade if using this as a general purpose knife , but for butcher work, this thing is exceptional, curved or straight.

I absolutely love this thing. Found it through Chudds BBQ. It is very sharp, cuts very well, and is easy to clean. I use this to cut all types of meat.

Just what I expected. Good quality and a good price point, would recommend.
