SPRINGSPIRIT Double Mattress Protector 4-Layer Quilted Waterproof Cover for Deep Mattress, Ultra Soft, 137 x 190cm

I have probably tried about 10 different brands of ‘waterproof’ mattress protectors. My son has nocturnal enuresis and floods so there is a huge amount of liquid to combat. There are only two brands of mattress protectors I have ever bought that I can rely on, this one and one that appears to have been discontinued. I have two already and intend to buy another two. Excellent product. It looks just like a normal mattress protector but has the added bonus of being waterproof. Washes easily/well and dries quickly, fits the mattress well (has deep sides so stays in place), no slipping, comfortable (not crunchy or sweat-inducing!), so far (in my experience) completely waterproof.

I bought this initially back in Nov 2020 when I was pregnant as I was worried about my waters breaking. I was right to do so because they did indeed break when I was in bed! The mattress protector did its job and my mattress was safe! No wetness at all! Fast forward a year and me and my baby bed share. She’s recently had a bug and been projectile sick all over everything in the bed. Luckily I had this mattress protector on as my other one that I alternate with isn’t waterproof! I have used this waterproof mattress protector on a bed in rented accommodation to protect the mattress from spills and overnight accidents.It is very good quality and the elasticated skirt makes it quick and easy to fit. The top is nice and thick and doesn't squeak like some waterproof mattress protectors.I have washed and dried a number of times and it still looks new!

I Bought this as a drink got spilled and it took ages to dry the luxury topper and mattress got stained a little, i cleaned that with my Bissell. The price was not bad, it makes no noise when sleeping on it or moving and a drink got spilled after i fitted it, and it was easier to mop up, it did not stop the top sheet getting wet but the topper did get damp but it dried quickly. I would say it does the job for me. Totally waterproof would be good but, it is good enough. It is OK comfort wise though i would like it to be a little more padded, but the combination of both this and a luxury topper worked well. It fits well on my super king and does not move as the elastic all round skirt works on my bed.

Mattress protectors vary so much, some good, some not so good, some excellent. Trouble is finding out which is which! I’m happy to say, this is the latter – excellent.This mattress protector is reassuringly thick, very deep, so tucks down nicely and fully, with good eleastication. The quilting is nice, with quality stitching, and a genuinely premium feel. No rustling at all. Whilst I haven’t tried the waterproof test as it were, I feel fairly confident that in the event of a spill it will nicely protect our £1,000 mattress!All in all, this is a Super quality, excellent value mattress protector, and am just about to order another! Put on straight after it arrived.feels of good quality.Doesn't ad extra comfort i believe.Also doesnt make rustling sounds when moving about.Looks like will most likely be really good with water proofing the mattress may purchase 2 more for double beds

Haven't tested it for waterproofing, but am very happy with the product.
