SWHRIOPD Bed Canopy for Kids Cotton Hanging House Decoration Reading Nook for Children Grey

I bought this so I could create a book nook for my kids to read in. It works great!I didn’t use the screws it came with to hang to the ceiling since I didn’t want permanent damage, so I used the sticky pads it came with instead. I was worried it was going to fall down, and it hasn’t. My two kids have tested it too! I mean I would let hang on it, but so far so good. I’m glad it came with two hanging options :)It’s also soft cloth and not cheap plastic quality.

As cute as this canopy is, I can’t give it 5 stars. I have had it for about a month now for my 4 year old daughters room. For the price, it is very cheaply made. While hanging for the first time I noticed how thin the tie was and, as I suspected it would, has ripped completely off when it got tugged the smallest amount. now I have to sew it. It’s very cute and looks nice but poor quality for the tie.

This canopy looks very cute once it's hung, but when you look closely at the details of the construction, the durability/quality of this product very much comes into question.The seams are not strong and the fabric is very weak. When I carefully tried to insert the metal hoop (which, by the way, instructions indicated to tie with fabric loops, but there are no such loops to tie them with, you must insert the metal hoop into a small seam around the top) the seams and fabric started to rip as the fabric got pulled taunt by the hoop. In addition, mine had some oil like looking stains toward the bottom.I don't want to go through the process of returning the item, so we are keeping it, however I would not recommend purchasing this. It will only be a matter of (short) time before the whole thing falls apart.

The sticky patches worked for a while the it kept falling and falling, I tried the other sticky patch it didn't even last an hour.

This was a great material and super cute!! We used the dryer for like 10 mins to get wrinkles out. Definitely gender neutral which we were going for. The ring was hard to put through but any assembly usually is. If you use the sticky attachment for ceiling, LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT before hanging it. Extra security it will not fall down. Also not see through so helps darken our bright room. We loved it!!

Product did not come with the ties to tie the circular wire to the canopy, used a needle and thread to stitch it together which worked well.

The canopy works great and is made of a nice, dense material. The directions were easy enough to figure out, they just weren't written clearly...
