Cheap plastic part on the headfones broke and the company cannot replace it.

I received 2 left sides
I usually don't write reviews on however, I had received two left sides and it defeats the purpose of buying these. It isn't what the description states. I need a replacement for both headphones not just one side.

Funzionano per Razer Thresher 7.1 PS4
Compatibili con Razer Thresher 7.1 PS4, 4 stelle perché i cuscinetti sono più piccoli degli originali di circa mezzo centimetro di altezza (e risulta un po' meno spazio per le orecchie rispetto a prima). I cuscinetti originali sono leggermente a forma di ovale mentre questi sono quasi perfettamente tondi.
