8 minutes to boil water
I purchased this for $39.99 in a flash sale. It arrived within a week despite Amazon saying there would be significant delays due to the pandemic.Pros:- all stainless steel inside- thermometer shows Celsius and Fahrenheit- gooseneck spout is perfect for making pourover coffee- looks good on my counter and doesn’t take up much space- materials look quality & worth more than it costNeutral:- grounded 3-prong plug- boils water just a few seconds faster than my electric stovetop small burner on “high” in a small saucepan covered with a lid. (8 minutes and 2 seconds vs. 8 minutes and 10 seconds on the stove)Cons:- I filled it 1/4 inch over the “fill line” and when it started boiling, the spout started spewing water on my counter and the ventilation hole sputtered. So I poured out water until it hit only the “fill line” and reboiled. It didn’t spew out the spout nor sputter out the top. I recommend this product and encourage everyone to fill only to the “fill line.”- gooseneck kettles in general can spill easily out the spout when tipped slightly. When full, this kettle’s spout starts to pour at only the slightest angle. Just be careful.

Perfect Travel Pour Over
I purchased this as part of my travel pour over kit. It perfectly fit the bill - has a gooseneck spout, boils about 2 US cups, has no plastic touching the water, and has a thermometer. The stainless steel is really nice on the inside. It boils the water relatively quickly and makes a great pour over. This boiler fits in a small kit I made with a handgrinder, scoop, dripper and filters. As an added bonus I contacted the customer support email with a small issue I had that was immediately addressed (within an hour) and fixed for me, you really can't ask for more than that. I'm very happy with my purchase, it's perfect for a single person pour over set.

Pull out the rubber gasket in the exhaust hole to go from dangerous volcano to great little kettle
Great kettle, just pull out the rubber gasket in the steam release hole and you’ll be fine. You may notice that when you fill the kettle anywhere near the fill line, it spurts boiling water out of the spout while getting up to temperature. It’s super dangerous and frustrating, but is a very easy fix. Just grab a pair of pliers or tweezers and pull the small black rubber gasket out of the exhaust hole in the lid. Problem solved. All in all, a great kettle. Especially for RV folks or anyone trying to keep an eye on their electricity consumption.

Top quality. Love it.
The manufacturing is clean. All edges and welds are perfectly finished. The silver base makes for a nice design appearance. The spout does not leak and allows you to pour into AeroPress with precision.I do NOT mind the lack of timers and computer assist. I was looking for something that is manual and requires attention.Having said that - the kettle warms up water for two AeroPresses in no time. How fast. Did not bother to time it. It feels fast and that is enough for me.Attention Manufacturer: That is an EASY fix. Change the laser mark for Max water level to be on the side of the spout. Now it is on the side of the handle and is not as intuitive to monitor when filling up.Users - Tip: The silicone seal is holding really tight. This is nice as it helps the lid stay while pouring the water. Just pulling on the thermometer feels a bit difficult. All changes to "easy" if you use the thumb of the hand holding the kettle to slightly push the edge up while pulling on the thermometer. YES! the metal is warm but you just push on the silicone edge. Besides the kettle is just 90C so ... if you really burn yourself ... that is totally on you. Do not boil water then :)

I love this little tea kettle!
I am single and drink a mug of tea for breakfast and again for lunch. The 2 and 3 quart kettles are way too large for just one mug. I also have ruined a couple of pans on my electric stove by getting distracted while waiting for the water to boil. This kettle will actually shut down if I forget about it (have only done that once since I can actually hear it heating up even if back on my computer). This little kettle is the perfect size for me. Plus, it has the thermometer on top to let you know when to pour for the particular tea/coffee you are using....and heats up in about 3 minutes. I love, love, love this tea kettle!! Others have commented that the drip coffee cone gets too slow over time. If I do have a coffee, I immediately drizzle some Dawn detergent around the inside and let it sit until time to do the dishes. So far it has not slowed down.

Nice Kettle for pour-over coffees....one at a time.
I looked at other more "high end" hot water kettles for use in making coffee pour-overs. Most of them were nice but had short life span due to tech glitches. This little kettle is perfect for pour-over coffee, heats quick, turns off when you lift it from the heating pad and also turns itself off if left unattended. The only thing to watch for is that the metal it is made from is a bit thin so it gets really hot to the touch. (not really an issue if you know this ahead of time) Can't speak to longevity as I have only had it a month but it works great for pour-over coffees. It is small in size so if you need to make more than one coffee at a time you might want to look for something a bit larger.

Well thought out and perfect for my needs.
Just right! Low wattage, attractive design, lid is completely removable for ease of cleaning, little Celsius thermometer in the lid doubles as a lid handle. The only improvements that could be suggested would be the on/off switch-if it could be made so that if the kettle was unplugged, it wouldn't be necessary to turn the switch on every time. Also Believe Co e-mailed that a one year warranty card was in the original box, but there was none in there. Being chemically hypersensitive, it took seven rinses and boilings to get the plastic aftertaste gone. Just fine, afterwards.
