One of my New Years resolutions was to lose weight and keep fit. I found it really had to keep track of my heart rate and how many calories I’ve burnt. This is so easy to use and understand, there no fiddly buttons to press just a quick and simply tap and hold.The free app is also a life saver. I can really look in depth at the exercise I’ve done that day. As my family has a history high blood pressure, I’m always trying to see what my blood pressure is at certain times of the day but the traditional cuff method is so time consuming and uncomfortable. With this tracker, I can test my blood pressure there and then with no hassle or need to pull any equipment out. This is also an accurate product, too often you find trackers that don’t allow you to get consistent result but this tracker is amazingly accurate.The only improvement I can think of is for the whole tracker to be a touchscreen rather than just the one area at the bottom. This is a personal preference but I will not be changing this tracker anytime soon as it works perfectly for what I need.I can not recommend this product any more

Update June 3rd 2020. Be aware that the app that this watch is recommended to use seems to be broken for a lot of users (Android). This effectively makes the watch pointless as a fitness tracker. I will update this review once the app is fixed.Original review:I bought this fitness tracker purely as a way to estimate my heart rate when I am exercising.Prior to buying this, I had owned two trackers from Fitbit and, after having them for a few years, the batteries had stopped holding charge, and I therefore wanted a replacement..........but I didnt want to pay Fitbit prices!However, it probably goes without saying that I was little unsure as to how this would stand up to devices costing ten times its price!I need not have worried. This device is an amazing tracker, and it has as many features as my previous, far more expensive, devices had.Its almost unreal as to how little it cost or should that be, how expensive the 'branded' trackers are.I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to track their fitness on a casual basis.The gym bunnies will probably stick with their Fitbits and Apple watches, but for me, this little device has to be one of the biggest bargains that I have ever bought.

Features for the money were ok and as I said all was well to start with but over a few months the product has required charging more and more frequently to the point now, six months on and it needs a charge twice a day! So you get what you pay for I hear you say except it has a 12 month warranty so I would have expected a year out of it! Don't buy this watch unless you like spending all of your time charging it and not wearing it!

I mainly use it to count the amount of steps I do during the day. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take long to set up, and you don’t have to have it connected to Bluetooth all the time unless you want notifications from your phone. It does the job well and it’s comfortable, worth it for the price you pay.

Lovely looking watch. No problems at all with the fitness apps. Having installed the wearfit2 app on my iPhone for some reason it does not inform me who is calling and cannot see messages. But still like it for the money.

Bought this product based on the reviews but the watch does no accurately reflect the steps and sleep patterns. I was not expecting this to match my previous Fitbit but I was expecting to at least track steps i.e. ran 5km and it shows I only did 2.2km. luckily I use other apps to track exercise. The app is also very basic and most of the time it takes while to connect the watch & phone. I also tried to use the exercise settings and stopped for no reason. There are 3 time/view settings and these change just by touching the face of the watch which is really unhelpful. Battery life is ok. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

It looks really nice. Took me a while to work it out finally connected it to my phone but cant seem to connect now for some reason. It tracks my steps though which is what I wanted. Shame about the phone thing though.

I understand watches arent going to be completely accurate but this watch was way off!!! After 5 mins of skipping this watch showed my heart rate at 80bpm when compared to the gyms treadmill and bike which showed 142bpm. Which sounds about right. So beware if the heart monitor is inaccurate so will all the other features since your heart equates for calories burnt steps taken and sleeping pattern.
