The instructions were very helpful and informative. I also read a lot of the amazon reviews to get a deeper understanding of the use of this product.There was ZERO pain!! None! I've paid money to have my arm pits done and that treatment got more painful for every visit. But nothing I couldn't handle. I don't know if this device will be the same with each treatment. But for a first treatment there was none. I put the setting on 3...no number there, just a increasing power indicator in the information field on the device. Read all instructions, plug it in, place your protective glasses on. A nice green light on the top tells you when it's ready to go. This device does have an automatic setting, but I felt like for my first treatment, to get the feel of the device I would just "pull the trigger" myself. Probably in the future for treatments I will use the automatic feature. I purchased the device with the cooling button option. But didn't feel the need to use it for this first treatment. I will update this review if I feel like you need more information. A couple of things before you start. Make sure the area (I treated my legs) is freshly shaven, and I did NOT put any lotions on the skin after shaving them. Then, in the instructions it says to wait two hours. I hadn't read that part in anyone elses review, so keep that in mind, I ended up waiting around from the time I expected to do the treatment until I could actually start. The device, when you plug it in will show the number 500,000 this is a count down that lets you keep track of how many "zaps" you've used, and how many you have left for that device. I think (I hope anyway) that half a million zaps will be plenty to get rid of the hair on my legs. LOL Someone posted that if you registered the unit you got a free 2 year warranty. I did not see that with the card they sent in the box. It says you get a one year warranty by registering it. Plus.... Answers to your questions 24/7. 90 day free returns and refund guarantee. And guidance from their professional experts on how to use the product. You do get an extra 30 days of free return and a 6 month warranty. So if I understand that right, you get 18 months. BUT, I will say, the product looked well built/put together. It was packaged nicely. The instructions were easy to read and understand (Which I read from other reviews was difficult and barely in english) The company seems dedicated to your happiness. I just want the product to work for what I need and not have to worry about it breaking, stopping to work any time soon. We. Shall. See. But, so far, so good. I give it 5 thumbs up!

Just purchased it last week. Have been using for a week every other day0yes I know you are not supposed to use that often, however, I am not sure it works. Have had professional laser hair removal in past and the burn sensation is very different. I am not sure this machine is strong enough to stop hair growth. Will post an update.

Finally something that works in the comfort of my own home. I have coarse black hair and have a medium complexion. My hair grows fast and i have sensitive skin so shaving isnt really effective. Ive used this device 2ce a week for 2 weeks and im already noticing slower hair growth. Ive used on face , legs, chest, stomach, bikini area, arm pits and buttocks.I use on the highest setting except for on my face. I shave , wait a day and do this on day 2 and 3 . The whole process takes me about an hour per session.It will leave a burnt hair smell on you when you use it . that just means its working. The smell goes away with a shower.No irritation, no burns, just a slight rubber band popping sensation but nothing like my experience with ipl at a salon where i needed lidocaine gel before i could handle it.Im completely satisfied thus far. Will try to update in a few months.

I’ve had professional laser hair removal done before, spending tons of money on treatment. I was a little skeptical about trying an at home hair remover, but figured I would give it a shot since it was way cheaper than what I would pay at each visit to have the professionals do it for me. This product did not disappoint! I used the same day it was delivered on my armpits. I have very dark coarse hair and was anxious to try it out. It was very easy to use, and I love how it has a cool setting. It felt just like it did when I had it professionally don’t. I’ve had my laser for about a week and half. I used it a few times now and can actually notice a little difference. The hair is not completely gone, but I’m hoping it will keep reducing the hair growth as I continue to use it. I would buy this product again!

I really like this permanent laser epilator. For people like me who have a lot of hair, this is my savior. It not only has 500,000 flashes of IPL laser hair removal, it also has Ice Compress function, making it safer and more comfortable to use. After a few weeks of use, my hair growth rate slowed down significantly. Pretty device, It’s much better than shaving plucking and waxing. When I receive it, I use it at once. Before using it, I put some aloe gel on my skin which I fell more comfortable. Easy to use, Only need to press the button. Now my underarms are about 50% gone. I personally think it works wonderful. But I’ll continue to use it until to secure permanent results.

I bought it around December last year. Prior to that, i went to a dermatologist to do a laser on my legs for a year. After 10 sessions, its just maintaining it that needed which could be done every 3 months so i decided to buy this product instead. I gave it time before i make a review since u wont really see the “ real” result after a while. my legs from my previous laser treatment was already good. there‘s barely hair that grew. I used this once a month since its just maintaining it. And i didnt see any improvement. In fact. My hair on my legs started growing faster instead of slower. Its a hit and miss. In late April, it took one month for all the hair to grow in my legs then i did laser my legs in late May and after one week the hair grew faster. 🤷🏻‍♀️I tried it on my armpits and i barely see any results and its already been 9 months. Is it worth it? For the price 🤷🏻‍♀️ Im not sure. Im still gonna keep using it tho hoping that it will eventually work
